Look and feel, hospitality of the team, cleanliness of the room. Overall it was a great property.Team was so cordial that they even observed that it was my birthday and gifted me two uzbeki art cups Nothing.

Immediately when we arrived, the owner yelled at us about needing to pay double since we were two people sleeping in the room (which we had booked), he insisted that we only paid for 1 person. He wouldn’t let us speak and kept speaking over us, saying we were lying. When we showed him the booking, he refused to look and kept yelling at us. At the end, we paid the city tax for the second person but it took a lot of confusion and him yelling at us to figure this out. They also didn’t have a key card for us so for our first day we didn’t have a key for our room. They also knocked on our door at 9am waking us up and told us to come to breakfast but breakfast didn’t end until 10, it was startling.

The location was very good. The receptionist declined a credit card payment and failed to provide change in a timely manner in a different currency. He was also very informal and lacked basic costumer service skills. And the guy gave us the wrong number twice. Additionally, the breakfast was very bad quality and amongst hot food they only had fried eggs, everything else felt not fresh. I doubt the value of the place and the overall experience.

Really this authentic place, the room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great.

Nice and comfortable room in a beautiful, family-run hotel. The breakfast was delicious with local flavors, including home made yogurt, sweets, eggs., veggies and fruit.

Room interior treatment We were given a room in a building where renovation was still going on, thus dirty floor, smell and noise during the day. Also, quite noisy in the evening The rooms are very small

Upon arrival, they were checked in quickly and given a spacious and comfortable room. The service throughout their stay was truly outstanding the staff were always helpful and attentive, assisting with any questions or requests. Thank you for such a pleasant and well-organized experience.

Unfortunately the owner put us in a different hotel down the road and not into the hotel we actually booked. The manager of the different stay where we ended up told us that this is what the hotel does of their rooms are full. Also to avoid taxation the owner came up with different excuses why they would only take cash. In a country riddled by corruption and tax avoidance so badly, this felt extremely wrong.

Right next to the old town, this property offers a great combo of comfort, cleanliness, service and great design. The hotel is in a historic building. These are the kinds of places I look for when I travel and was happy - this place exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was great too. Rahmat!

They didn’t accept cards, asked to pay in cash. The receptionist was not polite and no happy. They have 2 premises one is on photos.

We absolutely loved this place. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful — you can really feel they care about their guests. We stayed for two nights during the Biennale in a King Deluxe room. The bed was super comfortable, the area is peaceful and quiet, yet only a few minutes’ walk from the historic center. Everything was spotless, and the hosts made sure our room was cleaned and aired out every day. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and different each morning — we didn’t need lunch afterward! Such a lovely and welcoming atmosphere — highly recommended. We’ll definitely come back! ❤️

Easy access to main historic street. Large & clean room. Poor breakfast

-Location: weird street but close to old city. - Hotel rooms were cute - Wifi did not work, couldn`t browse or make calls at all. - My room didn`t not have a fridge despite the heat but other rooms had fridges. - My room faced the street so always had people bothering me as they kept chatting under my window - Several times it was difficult to locate staff when in need.

The room was beautifully decorated in the local traditional style and very comfortable. Excellent location inside the old town. This can be a downside too, because not all taxi drivers will drive you to the hotel doors. Tasty breakfast every morning. The host was very kind and helpful. Finally, there is a terrace lounge area at the rooftop to spend time with your family and friends. One of the staff members was not so nice to us. It can get a bit noisy in the morning if your windows face the inner yard.

Great location, close to the main attractions in the old city. Comfortable room with all amenities, friendly staff and delicious breakfast ?. Would book again if visiting. -

The owner was very kind and welcoming. My room was beautiful, like staying in a work of art. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It's a short walk (less than 5 mins) to Lyabi Hauz Square, but extremely peaceful.

It’s fine. By host insisted on paying booking commission so the price was bigger than it should be.
