This hotel was right in the old town. It is a family run hotel with comfortable rooms that are very clean. The family goes out of their way to accommodate all your needs. The breakfast is varied and delicious. They are a very sweet family.

the location and helpful host..

- The rich, authentic, beautiful interior and exterior - The hospitable, friendly, polite staff - The location (several minutes (only 5 minutes to the old center on foot) - The breakfast (delicious and pretty varied) - The bath in the bathroom of the room (it's always nice to take a bath) - The fridge in the room - The hot water is not so hot (but I can't say that it's cold)

Everything was great!

Very nice staff, authentic stay in Bukhara You can have better options and cheaper

This was the only place I stayed in Uzbekistan that used card payments — but they charged a 2% fee, which I found quite disappointing. The location isn’t far from the main tourist attractions, but the guesthouse is tucked away in a narrow and dimly-lit alley, which felt a bit unsafe at night. The alley is also too small for most taxis to reach the entrance directly.

The owner and his family are very nice people and super helpful. The location is great, walkable distance to everything but still in quite area, I had amazing sleep during the day and at night. Breakfast was more than enough

Do not skip this guesthouse if you are in Bukhara. The owner and his family will treat and accept you like their own. The room is spotless clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast at the terrace was a spread - something that I looked forward to in the morning and the owner was very much kind and thoughtful to pack breakfast for me when I had to take early morning train from Bukhara to Samarkand and waited until I safely getting in the Yandex taxi. To the guesthouse's owner, my family and I are very much thankful that you and your lovely family had taken well care of me while I was in Bukhara. It was a short stay but I was really cared for like your own family. Hope to see you all again in the near future. Rahmet! None. Highly recommended.

Close to historical sights. Clean. Takes credit cards. Good breakfast . Nice hosts AC in room made clicking sound. One of the light bulbs was burned out. Thin walls can easily hear neighbors

A lovely little family run hotel in an excellent location a few minutes walk from the Lyab-i-Hauz. The room was clean and comfortable, with ac. It was very quiet. Breakfast was served on the little terrace and was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful and Mr Hikmet changed money for us and called a taxi. We were also able to leave our bags there after check out. It was wonderful value for money. Nothing.

In my Uzbekistan trip, I always stayed at the places with 9+ rating in Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara. BUT, THIS GUESTHOUSE WAS THE BEST AMONG THEM.(without exaggeration) Quality, quantity and presentation of the breakfast was amazing. The owner is very kind man. Last day I had to do an early check-out, so the owner prepared for me a take-away breakfast even though i did not say to him about it. ❤️ The room and the bathroom was extremely clean. Location was at the heart of the old Bukhara. Payment with credit-card was available. Price/performance ratio is 10/10.

Warm Hosts, Take extra care with Vegeterian options in breakfast. We stayed it here again for second time. Vey near to Lyabi Hauz

The delicious and generous breakfast provided on the shaded patio with the sky above was a fantastic way to begin my days, wish beautiful birds circling high in the sky. The owner Hikmit and his family were amazing and hospitable, kind and available and I would happily stay with them again!

We had a delightful stay. The room was sparkling clean, well decorated, quiet and very comfortable. We had a working AC, mini fridge and kettle at our disposal in the room. The breakfast was very generous and tasty. The family running this place is very kind and helpful. They were also very accommodating and helped us to arrange for a taxi to pick us up at the train station. As a nice convenience bonus, we could pay with our visa card, something that very few places do! Thank you very much, we can only recommend travellers to stay at their place!

It was the best hotel experience that I have ever had, because the hotel is the best! Perfect room and perfect breakfast. More important is the hospitality of the hotel owner and his family. My wife suffered from a bad backache after having hammam massage. The hotel owner kindly drove us to hospital (several times!). His 14-year-old son, who is a good English speaker, came with us as an interpreter. The owner's wife and mother were always very kind to us. I really felt that I had chosen the right hotel. I cannot thank them too much. You would seldom meet such nice people.

Very good

Location is great, very close to the main tourist street and attractions, and located in the very quiet neighborhood. Room was big and clean, beds were very comfortable. Guest house has a oriental touch, this is what we were looking for. Nothing

The room was large and bright, with a good sized bathroom. Nice homemade breakfast. The hotel has only a few rooms, and was very quiet. Good location, in the old historical center, just a short walk from Lyabi Khause Square.
