All was good.

Location of the hotel is perfect, very close to everything. The courtyard is beautiful and authentic, however the interior of the rooms is outdated and shabby. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfasts are average, there was no coffee or milk. The interior of the rooms needs to be remodeled.

The staff is extremely warm, nice and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, it is a 30 second walk to the Labi Hovuz area and close to every other attraction old Bukhara has to offer. I would highly recommend staying here. -

The hotel is housed in a very beautiful building. The rooms are spacious, clean. The interior court looks amazing; it was the most beautiful hotel I had stayed in in Uzbekistan. I was unable to pay with my card (the staff informed me it wasn't working, although I suspect they prefer cash payments). Strangely enough, they requested more local currency than the equivalent amount in Euros that I was supposed to pay. When questioned, they said it's a tourism fee (a charge we never paid anywhere else). Initially, I had booked a pick-up car from the train station but when reminded on the day of our arrival, they informed me that it was too late as per their driver (we arrived by train at midnight). It would have been nice to know this in advance. The lady who managed the breakfast area ensured we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a good stay, but you need to make sure you bring cash.

The location

We found this place by chance. We needed a place to stay as our reservation for Bukhara found our primary choice unavailable. We certainly could have stayed here as it turned out to be a great alternative. What made it positive was the staff who were helpful and wanted to have us enjoy Bukhara. Breakfast was sumptuous, served on time and with staff attending to every need. Room was a bit small for our initial landing, but if we planned to stay longer, space would not have been a problem.

Central location in the historic district overpriced, poor breakfast

Great location! Bathroom

Perfect stay in authentic hotel in the heart of the city. Staff is friendly. Very hard mattress, poor breakfast and coffee from the coffee machine is charged separately ))

The location was superb, just adjacent to the old part of town but down a quiet alleyway and so away from any noise. I had no reservations about the property. I was entirely happy with my experience there.

Comfortable family run hotel in a good location. Nice architecture but interior is missing a tasteful touch. Staff is not very responsive, not good at English and obviously not trained in hospitality so seems a bit harsh for an international traveller. The breakfast is good but expect to pay additional for a machine made coffee (not the case in any other hotel in Uzbekistan, even a cheaper one). Overall I would not stay here again, there are better and more friendly options in Bukhara. When I asked for a bigger room for 3 people suddenly the price nearly doubled for that room so I just booked additional room for less price which made no sense. Additional charge for coffee is very unusual practice, also more expensive than in a good coffee shop outside.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal, the hotel was right in the center and yet peaceful. Everything was as we could expect. The breakfast was nice and fresh, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Also, check in and check out was flexible.

Perfect location, nice hospital staff. We advise to inform the guests in advance that there is no terminal to pay card, and to offer daily cleaning. Everything else very good, thank you.

Absolutely amazing family-owned hotel. The main host Rita was extremely helpful and sweet! She was preparing breakfasts for us, everything was homemade and very tasty! She treated us to different local dishes every morning and also shared her recipes for those. She also gave us lots of different homemade jams. There were fresh fruits and vegetables every morning too. The hotel is very cozy and quiet. The design of the rooms and the building itself were just a dream come true. The room and the bathroom have a heated floor. We also had a bathtub. Everything was clean. Aesthetics, friendliness of the staff, amazing food, and the hotel's situation – everything you need in one place. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back here again.
