Good location. Quiet. Very clean. Delicious breakfast. Large room with balcony. The bed was not very comfortable.

The hotel is newly renoveted and clean... location is in walikind distance to Old Bukhara so very convienent .. All of us very much enjoyed staying in this hotel.

No power or water

Located 3 minutes walk from the old town. Very quiet location for a good night sleep. I was taking care of from the time I stepped out of the train station to my way back 2 days later. Nodira arranged a taxi for me. The breakfast was amazing. Everything was fresh and delicious. Reception available and everything else you need. The room is spotless, spacious and was well equipped. Thank you ? Everything was just perfect.

Royal Bukhara Hoted is in a prime location in Bukhara but still in a very quiet street All historic attractions, monuments, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The hotel is new and very comfortable with spacious rooms and luxurious furniture. Breakfast is very generous, with all sorts of fruits, hot and cold beverages, delicious fruit jams, varieties of local honey, local pastries and bread, meat products... In one word - gala. There was nothing to not like.

Hotel new, big rooms, big bath, clean, close to the center, airport transfer, friendly staff.

Location was on a side alley from the main street coming from the airport. 5 minute walk to Laybi Hauz. Beds were comfortable, all very new. Staff was incredibly courteous and flexible. We asked for an early check-in and late check-out, as well as a later breakfast which they accommodated with a smile. Very quiet. Shower pressure good, bed linens clean, towels nice and thick. Breakfast was fried eggs, sausage, local bread, yogurt, juice, somsa, crepes, cheese with a cappuccino maker. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Suggestions for improvement: put small table and chairs on the balcony for sitting; our room was large enough to put a small sofa and coffee table. The desk and chair was not very useful. Really, there was only the bed to sit on. We didn't see a safe. Breakfast was from 8-9 am which was a bit short duration. The trash in the bathroom was not taken out before we arrived. It's a shame that there is no courtyard outside. Rather than sit in the breakfast room inside, it would have been nice to have a seating area.

The location is just in the centre of the city, the variety choice of shops & restaurants inc. cafés next to it, the chain of karavansarays are in a walking distance too. The hotel is not 100% sound proof & the outside noise is heard just next to you as the inside one.

the hotel is very clean. Owners speek great english and are happy to help. they arranged us great massage and taxies that we needed. Location is great (walking distance to major sights).
