A nice family run place with a heart - always there to help me with questions about the area.

Great location! Right in the center of old town and easy walk to sights. The hosts are super nice and helpful. They helped to arrange a transport to Khiva when we were checking out. Rooms are a good size and the breakfast was a great way to start the day before sightseeing in Bukhara. Great value. None to really note. WiFi can be a little in and out in the room but that’s par for most of Uzbekistan and don’t think it’s specific to this property.

Just small thing, toilet tank can hardly fill up. Sometimes it's hard to flush.

Everything was great! No complains.

The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and generous. The room was a bit small but no big deal.

Perfect Location the room`s floor had slope!! the landlord said she will take a taxi with a resonable price for us from the property to the train station, but her husband prepared a shared ride with other guests and charged us 4 times more than regular taxi!! unstable floor. when you walk in the room, it seems that the floor is breaking apart, you walk in one side and the clothes hanger vibrate on the other side of the room!! very old and noisy bed (all the room furniture was old) the bath did not pass the water not very clean very little breakfast awful room service dirty referigerator

Friendly owner, good breakfast box as we had to leave early.

Hospitable and helpful owner of the hotel. We arrived before midnight and she checked us in with a smile. We could store our luggage after the check-out in a safe place for the daytime. Kind sfaff of the restaurant. Tasty and abondant breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms with private bathrooms. Fast wifi connection in rooms. We enjoyed our stay in Bukhara and had just few step to main city highlights (madrasahs, mosques and bazaars).

very good apartment. excellent oral English controled by the owner made us so convenient and helpful. and the location is super nice. 3mins to the old city by walk. i hope return to this apartment as soon as i can.

The host was very kind and helpful. The guest house location was excellent, within two blocks of the historic center and, though near to moderate traffic, very quiet.
