It was very convenient for shopping and the GO Train, as well as restaurants. The staff was all very helpful and friendly. Just a wonderful atmosphere. Just wish that it had a hot tub.

The staff were very helpful when problems arise they did their best to help Had to change rooms when we first got there due to cleanliness of the room. The second room was better but needed upgrading as well.

Staffs were nice and neat & clean The area is less secure and more frightening. My car was stolen from the parking lot. They should install more outdoor cameras as prevention methods

Location. No microwave. No complementary water in the room like other Holidays inn.. paid to get one at front desk. Hard to get the extra towels, cleaner told will give tomorrow when they clean the room. Front desk guy was nice when I check in.

It was nice but does need updating. It was noisy when other were in the corridors, also lots of noise from coming outside of the windows, people shouting. Also, breakfast was reasonable, but the furniture had stains on them. I won't be visiting that location again.
