I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was very clean, and the location is perfect, right in the center and close to everything. There are many supermarkets and stylish cafés within walking distance. The bathroom had both a handheld bidet and a Turkish-style one, which was a great touch. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, always ready to assist. Highly recommended I liked everything

Everything from the staff to the room was very good, especially Tarek. He was very helpful all the time and was always willing to provide help whenever we needed it While many things were good there were some small damages to the room we stayed in, but that's a nitpick and didn't ruin our stay at all. An included breakfast would probably make this hotel a top pick in Bursa.

The fellow at the front desk even helped me get into the parking space. And they have this great Turkish Bath and sets of saunas downstairs. Even though this hotel is not classified as a five star hotel the people were extremely helpful and I would say it is five star service. They even had blackout curtains which I think some travelers would be very happy with.

Cleaning of flat is available daily Clean towels and drinking water is supplied daily Location was good near to so many good restaurants and malls Flat was spacious Parking available but not easy Bathrooms were so smelly Shower Handel was broken and leaks water Kitchen was so poor in its supplies and no coffee or tea or sugar were provided Lift sometimes is delayed or stuck in last floor due to transfer of laundry so u have to wait few minutes Entering and exiting the parking in front of hotel is not easy as it is on main road Master bedroom has small bathroom while small room has big bathroom

Friendly staff and nice location. Bedbugs found on beds caused health issues to my kids. AC was not helpful at night. Traffic noise for rooms close to window.

Great central location on main road right opposite carrefour. Apartment was spacious, one bedroom was just sufficient for 2 single beds. The sofa bed is quite small but they provided us a mattress. Qasim was a great host at reception.

Good location ,everything near you and the staff are great The water in the toilet is very cold and the water in the master bedroom comes outside to the room,in the second bedroom you can hear the pepole in the next room because of poor isolation..
