Mas des Buscades

We had the most wonderful stay at this hidden gem in Cabris. From the moment we booked, Marc and Fabrice went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. Marc even called me before arrival to check how our journey was going and to confirm our arrival time — such a thoughtful touch. They arranged for us to have the best suite, complete with a private terrace and stunning sea view. The property is set on a lush green hillside, peaceful and full of charm, yet just a minute or two’s drive from Cabris’ central square — a beautiful spot with some of the nicest people you could meet. Our room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable — I was working on Zoom throughout the stay, and the environment was perfect for both focus and relaxation. Breakfast was a delight every morning: fresh, homemade food with superb goat cheese, fresh banana cake, fruit, and other local specialties. One day they even offered us a fruit I had never seen before! Marc and Fabrice are incredible hosts — warm, genuine, and always ready with great recommendations, like Auberge du Vieux Château, Auberge de la Chèvre, and the gorgeous hilltop village of Gourdon, where the views are simply breathtaking. The pool area is equally stunning, with panoramic scenery that makes you want to stay forever. This place feels less like a hotel and more like staying with dear family friends. Cabris itself is a dream — perched above the Riviera with charming streets, incredible vistas, and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to return. Truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had — thank you, Marc and Fabrice, for making it so special.

This is the most charming place in which we have stayed! The hosts Fabrice and Marc are so welcoming and warm. They went above and beyond for us when we had trouble with our rental car. We were so grateful for their help and kindness. The room had amazing views and was super comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool and especially the wonderful homemade breakfast! The picturesque village of Cabris is close by with great food options. We were so sad to leave, it felt like leaving old friends. We enjoyed a great stay and many laughs. We can’t wait to come back and stay for longer! It was perfection!

It’s been a pleasure to stay at Le Mas des Buscades. If anything, we were really sorry that we had not stayed longer(next time!). The blue room was amazing! The view is breathtaking! The room is big, clean and is stocked with everything you might need(good bathroom products, soft towels, spacious wardrobe, fridge). Breakfast was plenty ,with tasty coffee, proper croissants and homemade cake(plenty of other things). Marc and Fabrice are welcoming, professional but fun hosts. Fabrice gave us really good advice for visiting the surroundings. Thank you for the short but lovely stay!

We loved our modern room, comfy bed and pillows, delicious soap, very hot shower, and the high tech blackout shades to get a good rest! Impressed with this whole house and area/view is so gorgeous. Location between cabris (2 minutes) and 4 minutes to grasse was perfect for our quick stay while driving through Provence. I wish we stayed longer and would love to return one day! Breakfast was 10/10 amazing overlooking the mountains. The dinner reservation Fabrice made was so lovely too, we appreciated the help and friendly chats :) Like other places in the region, parking is difficult and many blind turns nearby— not the fault of the property but something to be aware of!

Only thing I didn’t like was that we had to leave.

The renovated rooms have all the desired comfort: excellent beds and bathrooms, new airco, daily fresh towels and everything is very clean, also the swimming pool. nothing

My family had a wonderful stay. The rooms were comfortable, we especially loved the blackout blinds. the pool and grounds were beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. Local cheeses and homemade breads, jams were our favorites. Most importantly the hosts were amazing. They went above and beyond when we had rental car issues. They treated us like family. our most memorable stay on our trip.
