Elevator to our room wasn't working

Air conditioning did not work in our room from the time we checked in. We brought it to their attention a few times and it was t fixed when we left I got stuck in the elevator twice on the second and it was not in working order 48 hours later

The amenities and general property is nice. The service from the reception to the concierge to even the guest relations team was abysmal.
