The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quaint, and quiet. The location was great. The garden setting right outside our room was nice. I stayed here with my daughter and we agreed, we would stay here again. The room was a little hot. But there was a bit of a heatwave going on. There was a fan, air conditioning would have been fantastic.

Quaint building in the center near bars and restaurants, close to the tram. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Good value for money.

Excellent location in the centre, plenty of nearby parking, bars and restaurants. Nice spacious room with a good shower and separate toilet. Visited during a heatwave, and whilst there is no AC, they had applied reflective sheeting to the windows and there were 2 good fans in the room so it was fairly comfortable. Nice courtyard garden, friendly staff supplied us a couple of glasses to enjoy a bottle of rosé in the evening. 20 minutes to the ferry terminal in the morning. Small check in window, but not an issue for us.

Location and room. It was charming. My room opened to the garden and while basic, the room was nicely designed. The bathtub was really high and I had to step out of it gingerly. This could be a problem for anyone with physical mobility issues.

The location is very good. It is very close to the Château de Caen which is the historical centre and where nice restaurants gathers. I also love that the room has a very vintage feeling but also feels clean. There is no air-con in the room. It is very cool if you open the window just that I was occasionally woken up by people chatting on the street at midnight.

The location was perfect to visit the city centre, the castle and cathedrals. A kettle, instant coffee, and tea in the room would have made it brilliant. They were not available
