Excellent customer service, comfortable rooms,close to many restaurants and shops.Since I arrived late in the evening and I missed the dinner, there was a sandwich, fruits and water already provided in the room. The food in the restaurant is very good and there are many options for breakfast as well for dinner. The beach is very close. I fully recommend and will definitely come back...

The beds and mattress were not comfortable. Started to have back pain

Room was clean, staff at reception were nice The walls were like from paper, I could hear absolutely everything from the corridor and other rooms. Moreover, there was a space under the door, thus a light was visible from the corridor during the night. Therefore I could not sleep well. Breakfast offer was still the same, I would prefer if it is changed.

- great breakfast, lot of different options to choice from - very friendly staff - our room smelled by smoke, even though rooms should have been non-smoking - we payed for room with double bed, but got two single beds - AC was awful - we kept it on for the whole day, but temperature in the room changed only a little
