It's very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your Holiday Am a coffee lover and l was not able to drink my coffee early in the morning before breakfast because there is no kettle in the room to boil water.

It was so lovely to be welcomed with a glass of cava and the bracelets are so cute. Food was lovely. Entertainment was fab and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will return.

Everything! The food/drinks, the pool, the staff, the service, the hotel grounds, everything was just perfect! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanted a chilled out holiday. It was a lot better than expected and would definitely go back here!

Spa facilities better than comparable hotels. Would have preferred options of steak from grill.

The location was good. The staff were great, cheerful and helpful. The gardens and pool area were lovely. The food was a real disappointment. Very bland. Salad bar didn’t even have salad leaves. Fruit choice was blah. Lived on bread and cheese and occasional slice of pizza. Breakfast was better.

The hotel is really nice, we could even see the sea from our balcony. It has no own parking area, but you can easily find a parking space in the street nearby. The food and drinks were good with a wide variety to choose from. Nearly every evening there's some kind of live music, which I really enjoyed. During the day they offer activities like Darts, Table Tennis, Cycling and many more. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. But Sonia and Aly from the Experience Team were outstanding. They are so much fun to be around and you can feel they are doing their job with all their heart and soul.

Location We checked in on line and received Booking.Coms confirmation that this had been done. However on arrival we were told that we were not checked in. We asked why and we’re told that Online Check In didn’t work. As we thought we were checked in we left our passports in our apartment at Porto Cristo. This caused a severe problem as initially the hotel receptionist refused to accept personal check in even though we were able to show her photographs of our passports. We did not receive any notification that Online Check In didn’t work - in fact the opposite was the case. Clearly this needs to be sorted out

Amazing staff, lovely and clean hotel, great quiet location very close to a pretty, wide beach. Plenty of parking. Great breakfast. Food quality (dinner) a little bit disappointing, but that was the only thing that could be improved. Everything else was perfect.
