All good. Work going on outside but didn't take away from the experience. Parking was free too so happy with that.

I liked the room a lot, it was new and well designed. Very clean as well.

Recently renovated, rooms are equipped with a good quiet air conditioning. Small but decently equipped gym (for hotel standards) with a guided rack, free weight, multi-functional cables, cardio area. The location is nice, the beach in front of the hotel wasn't covered with algae like the rest of Cala Millor At breakfast they propose a continental selection of food, very poor quality (especially fruit and vegetables). Boiled eggs were always green due to wrong cooking time. We attempted dinner once, same low quality raw product served, to which a very basic cooking didn't improve the taste. No coffee machine in the room, no mini-bar. The pool area is not sufficiently equipped for the number of guests, after 8:30am there's no place for everyone. The number of umbrellas are covering about 60% of the sun-beds, no shade for the others. The bar service is very chaotic, slow and inattentive. They were continuously making mistakes, shouting each-other. The room renovation has been done in a cheap way, with laminated floor in the rooms, looks very basic. Even the hairdryer is poor quality, a lot of noise but doesn't blow much.

Food mediocre

Only (!) German people. The pool opens too late. You can’t just book food or drinks on the room, you have to put in an amount of money of choice that you will be able to use to put food or drinks on the room. No sunbeds at the beach.

Clean, convenient, well staffed.

The rooms were very clean, breakfast was wonderful, the location is right on the beach, staff was very helpful and attentive. Cleaning service started a little bit early for our taste (8-9 am), the room was not very big, there was not enough shade at the pool and the service at the bar was a little bit slow at times.

Breakfast was amazing, one day we took dinner here as well, so it was also very good with many different food options. Also liked inside pool if the weather is too bad for outside. Everything is clean, new and renovated. Staff is friendly helpful and polite. Recommend for the people who values calm and quality holidays The city is very calm, not that much to do here, but this is not the hotel problem.

location is in a big resort and it’s nice for walking. we went there off season so the beach was very calm. we upgraded our room with sea view to have a better experience and it was worth it. Breakfast and SPA was nice. our first room was sea-side view but we had no view as it was facing another building, also the room had a bad odour so we changed but also paid extra for upgrade. Swimming pool was closed due to off season but would have been good to have the SPA cleaning more regularly as it became a bit dirty as many people used the indoor pool.

The staff were amazing but the reception team were exceptional ?

Amazing room with sea view. Amazing food - breakfast every day. The dinner looked absolutely fantastic as well - so much effort. It looked totally unreal Not very many English TV channels - just news ones. Also when asking about the buses it would have been helpful to be told it is almost half the price to pay by credit card. I only found this out on my last day
