Breakfast was outstanding. We had booked half board and were very impressed with the range of options at both Breakfast and Dinner. Staff were very friendly and nothing was ever an issue. Lifeguards, Bar staff and waiters were exceptionally friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. Bar closed quite early but this seemed to be across the board in this area and was possibly down to the fact it was the end of season.

Snack prices are average This hotel surprised me with things I have never experienced before, and I will definitely not stay here again. • Pool Towels are only changed once every 3 days. During a 6-day stay for 2500 euros, we had towels changed only once. Really strange, isn’t it? Should I pay extra to have them changed more often? • The staff doesn’t speak English, and even when we point at the menu, they still bring the wrong orders. For example, we ask for 2 coffees and they bring 3 coffees along with items we didn’t order. If English is not accepted here, shouldn’t this be mentioned clearly in the booking details? • There are no free sunbeds at the beach. You have to pay 15 euros per day for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella. If you’re lucky, you might find a spot, but the beach is actually run by the municipality, not the hotel. This is not mentioned in the booking information. • The pool is small, crowded, and very noisy. Some people behave aggressively and disturb others, yet nobody from the hotel cares. • At breakfast and dinner, the ventilation is poor. The smell rises from the basement restaurant all the way up to the upper floors, and your clothes end up smelling like food. • Because the restaurant is in the basement, you can’t enjoy a sea view while eating, unlike the surrounding hotels. With the smell and the crowded atmosphere, you just want to eat quickly and leave. • Even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign (written in both English and Spanish) on the door, housekeeping still enters the room. • The hotel is very old, which is obvious from the worn-out furniture. • Bathrooms are cleaned with damp, moldy-smelling mops, leaving a terrible odor. • At dinner, everything you eat has to be paid immediately; nothing can be charged to the room. • The main languages spoken here are German and Spanish. Finding someone who speaks English well enough to communicate is difficult. • Only one bottle of water is provided at check-in, and it is not replenished after cleaning.

The towel stand's operating hours (10:00-12:00 and 15:00-18:00) were somewhat inconvenient. We often found ourselves leaving for the beach before it opened and returning after it had closed, so we were not able to get clean towels. Additionally, the pool was usually closed when we returned to the hotel in the evening (around 19:00). We were also surprised by the high number of elderly guests, which was a bit unexpected.

After 9 P.M. it can be very loud, the soundproofing could be better. .

Breakfast was amazing! Such a wide assortment of all kinds of dishes, warm and cold, a full bread cabinet. And everything was delicious! Not a biggie but we would have liked to get more info at check-in, specially since there was nobody else there so they had time. There were many areas and services available so it would have been nice rather than trying to discover it on our own.

Beds and pillows were too hard, it would have been great to have soft pillows and beds as an option.

Clean, quiet, location, beach, indoor pool Indifferent staff, no help even though I had a 2 year old and a broken leg on my own. Somewhat impersonal?! Food aimed almost entirely at the German audience very little Spanish.

Hotel is great brilliant location. Staff are lovely and work extremely hard. We travelled as a family of 9 asked for rooms on the same floor this was accomadated.. Indoor pool etc is a real bonus. The only thing letting this hotel down is the entertainment

Very friendly staff. The buffet and food is amazing. The location and the view from the rooms is spectacular. The bed in the double room had 2 mattresses next to each other which kept getting pushed away from each other.

Exceptional Customer Service from the Hipotels Group. We got an Upgrade from Hotel Category and Room type because of lack of room availability on the day of our arrival. Every aspect of the Service was beyond expectations. Staff were great. Excellent location. Stay was short, but definitely planning to come again. ¡Muchas gracias!

The staff was very nice, the breakfast amazing, the location just in front of the beach was so practical! The restaurant by the pool was great, the best tortilla i've ever had!
