It’s a nicely built property - 2 buildings across from one another. Decor looks great. The breakfast was the best part - best we’ve had on vacation. There are several things that management needs to improve - especially with 5 starts in front of their entrance. 5 stars requires 5 stars service and maybe study what the Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons do well because they are a great example. - hotel was still under constitution. Some rooms felt like their hangers and holes in the wall weren’t finished / were missing. We had 2 different rooms. So we got a sense for the inconsistencies. Painting was still happening around the property and it smelled like it. - The hotel isn’t in the beach. It has a great pool for both buildings but you’re on an island in Spain and you don’t have a beach. How can you make it feel like it’s no big deal? Towel service for the pool shouldn’t be an hour each day - 4:30 to 5:30 pm. What kind of service is that? You’re making it convenient for the hotel staff, when you should be focused on customer experience. Make it easy for your customer to get a pool towel when they return their old towels. We were at the beach most days because we had rented a car and our hotel does not have a beach. When we return at 7 PM, we don’t want to hear how towel service is over and you’re making an exception for us. That’s just bad client experience. You’re not doing me a favor, I’m paying to stay at your property. - It’s a major heat wave in Europe and temperatures are very high most of the day (95 or higher farenheight) At the very least, as a 5 star hotel, you should be providing ice water at the pool for free while your guests are spending time there. It’s insane to have guests pay per water bottle to hydrate and stay comfortable. - Gym was nice but the AC wasn’t working. We were boiling in there and people have to leave the doors open to the lobby. The 2 treadmills weren’t working which I reported and one manager said the vendor needed to come to set them up. Same with the rowing machine. Again, poor planing and no sign to make guests aware that these aren’t operational.

Fantastic breakfast ; just after renovation.

Food selection is excellent. Everything is clean. The hotel has a great location, about 5 minutes from the beach, however, popular beach locations are about 10-15 minutes away It is rather a 4-star hotel than a 5-star one. The air conditioner was locked/broken, making it hard to sleep in the room. The hotel needs a major renovation. There is not a lot of additional value for a 5-star hotel.

A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff.

The hotel is so nice and quiet. Swimming pool is always empty , spotlessly clean and just really good.

The staff was very friendly, always with a smile on the face. The food was extraordinary delicious and lovely decorated. Good entertainment in the evening (e. g. Musicians, Flamenco Dancers,..) The steam bath was completely out of order and the hot sauna was cold (not turned on) on a rainy day at 10.30 a. m. and not all hot seats were working

Wonderful breakfast and dinner. Staff are courteous and helpful. The whole place is spotless. Children were playing in the spa pool. Despite spa policy clearly states that nudity is prohibited, many guests still use the sauna nude. Steam room has been out of order for the entire duration of our stay; according to previous comments, it seems to have been out of order for months... Gym can be a bit bigger and have more equipment. The spin bike in the small gym needs to be replaced.

Breakfast and Dinner. I consistently found dirty plates at the buffets, and the room service was merely average. The floor was not always cleaned, and we noticed dirt every day. The bathroom certainly needs an upgrade, as it does not meet the standards of a five-star facility. Additionally, for the first two days of our stay, the hot water was unreliable, and the water pressure was inadequate. By the way we stayed there for 6 nights.

The FOOD!! We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the food, which turned out to be one of the best gastronomic experiences we've had at a half-board hotel. The staff were consistently helpful, with a special mention to Maria at the reception for her exceptional service. The dinner service was outstanding, and all areas of the hotel were impeccably maintained and clean. The evening entertainment program was delightful, and the gala dinner on Fridays was a highlight. Traveling with our 3-year-old, we found the hotel to be very child-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, there was ample free parking available on the street. While the outdoor swimming pool was a bit cold in mid-October and might be more enjoyable if heated, it didn't detract from our overall experience. Some areas of the hotel, such as the indoor swimming pool, were slightly outdated, and there were minor issues like chipped furniture corners. However, these did not spoil our holiday, as the hotel was very well managed and addressed any concerns promptly.

Enjoyable stay at this hotel. Stayed here for first time based on previous stays with Hipotel on Spanish mainland and wasn't disappointed - nice place to stay. Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, very pleasant and efficient staff, very good pools and shady garden areas to relax in. Easy 5 mins walk to beach area. Hotel was main reason we ventured across to Cala Millor! Nothing to complain about really. (For info and not really evident from description/info - the outdoor pool is located in a pleasant garden area on the opposite side of the road from the main hotel block and accessible via an interconnecting tunnel and our balcony faced this road. Not really an issue in any way but was bit of a surprise.)

Everything was exelent.

Suite size was good apart from that everything was terrible. Staff service was the worst, rude and not service orientated at all including the Hotel Manager, she need service training. Food was catered for certain audience. Naked people in the spa facilities, not what you expect from current society especially with kids around, it is worrying. Mosquitoes everywhere. Charging for coffee capsules after consuming 3 in total for the entire stay, this is the worst I have experienced after paying for a suite for a week stay is below greedy, not to mention that you cant exchange your pool towels for 24 hours and only possible for 1 hour each day from 3-4, why would you make so many restrictions. It is run on cost saving, shoe strings style. Orange juice is cheap and nasty squash, not fresh, coffee again nasty from a machine not freshly made. To save cost they didn't even heat up the indoor pool which was freezing and the so called old, outdated pool bubble makers either switched off or not working, no sign so can't tell the reason. The Hotel is not located directly on the beach. The nearest beach is not great. Avoid, at all cost!!!

Food was excellent, especially with the cooking stations. Having a pillow menu aided better sleep. Staff very attentive. Lack of cups/glasses during mealtimes

Very friendly staff Nothing

The breakfast was excellent and the gala dinner outstanding! We could not fault the food at all. The staff were all friendly and happy to help I think a 5 star hotel should bring tea and coffee to your table, it should not be self service from a machine
