The breakfast is superb, with lots of variety, including fresh fruits. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious! The shower water temperature variation was very annoying. The temperature of the mini-fridge could not be changed. Would be nice if it was cooler!

While taking a shower the hot water was not stable, it would get cold then boiling hot every couple of seconds

The room, the food, the facilities. All great. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Special mención to Manuela, Raul and Elena. Thank you, we will come back. I asked for a large double bed and there were two beds together. Very confortable however I would prefer one doble bed.

The overall experience was very nice. The staff was very lovely and helping us with anything and everything with a smile on their faces. The even helped us learn a bit of spanish. We ordered food in the cabana at the pool and it was delicious. I would appreciate more variety of poultry such as chicken in the breakfast menu, even though the options provided were great too.

The room was nice, near the pool, the little garden was great, clean, extra pillows without having to ask for them. All was good

Breakfast was incredible! 10/10!! I tried to fill my water bottle during breakfast service and was told I could not. Would be nice to have a water refill station somewhere.

Great location, friendly staff, stylish decoration and good customer experience overall. It features a very nice indoor pool and gym. Dinner buffet and overall experience could be improved (better food, less hassle with the host). Also, the pool doesn't get a whole lot of sun at this time of year.
