The hotel was overall great, but the extreme wind and rain prevented us from walking down the beach. The hotel had an excellent buffet supper. All was fine except for the parking issue, but that was common everywhere.

The location on the shore of the sea, and next to the nature reserve, perfect for walks surrounded by nature. The hotel and staff were all exceptional Nothing

Each floor had free water dispensers. The room was clean, and the food was tasty. We also had a nice sea view, though we had to pay extra for it, as they initially offered us a room with a bad view. We were quite disappointed with our stay at this hotel, mainly due to misleading descriptions, poor communication, and lack of basic hospitality. To start with, the hotel advertised a private beach, but in reality, it was just a public beach shared with guests from all the nearby hotels. It was crowded and definitely not what we expected when we saw the word “private” in the description. Another big issue was communication. Most of the staff didn’t speak English, which made even simple requests frustrating. Only one person at reception spoke fluently; the rest could barely communicate. We also asked for slippers, but were told they didn’t have any, something we expected to be included in a hotel of this category. The hotel's layout was confusing, and it was very hard to navigate. There were almost no clear signs, and moving between rooms, the lobby, the restaurant, and other areas often felt disorganized and frustrating. Each floor had free water dispensers, which was a plus. However, during dinner, if you asked for a glass of water, staff would bring it and then awkwardly explain (in broken English) that it wasn’t free unless you were an all-inclusive guest. This inconsistency created an unpleasant atmosphere. On the first day, we were asked to pay €20 in cash as a deposit for beach towels. They said the money would be returned at checkout if we didn’t lose the towels. However, at checkout no one reminded us, and we forgot as well, so the hotel ended up keeping both the towels and our €20. Evening entertainment varied. Some shows were okay, but the rock show was honestly the worst performance we’ve ever seen. In summary, while the hotel had some good points, the overall experience was disappointing due to misleading information, poor service, language barriers, and a lack of organization.

Everything! Me & my mum have been twice now and we absoloutley love It.. Best hotel we have stayed in! It was my mums Birthday and we stayed for 3 nights. They left a sweet note, cava, wine, chocolates and nuts in our room! The cleaning team are amazing and everything is spotless. All the staff in the canteen are soo Happy and friendly. The spa could have sunbeds or comfy chairs. Also i think 12 people in the spa at a time is a lot as its only tiny

Parking can be a little tricky, but we were lucky that we got a spot right outside on the street. Also, the room didn't have a kettle, but we did get one when we asked. We were offered drinks on our welcome, and given a warm welcome. The staff were patient with my attempt at Spanish, and even taught me a couple of new words! The size of the room is a little small, and the 'partial sea view' was very partial - it was obstructed by some large palm trees. Aside from that, the hotel was great - they have filtered water filling stations on every floor so you don't have to keep buying bottles, the staff were very friendly and very helpful, the facilities were great, the breakfast was comprehensive and overall I would stay here again. The hotel was very clean, the bathroom was a good size, and we were provided with everything we needed. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the beach, and the indoor pool and other facilities are very nice.

Amazing staff. They are super professional, very kind and always ready to help. The hotel is very well situated. You have immediate access to the beach and the view is beautiful. We highly recommend taking the half board. You will enjoy their big and tastefully prepared buffet for breakfast and dinner! Definitely worth what you pay for it! We chose this hotel because we also wanted to do some spa but were a little disappointed by their spa facilities. They only have one sauna and a heated pool. It’s pretty small so unless you’re alone you will not be able to quietly and fully relax and enjoy the spa.

Room was very spacious and had a great área for makeup station and relax on sofa. Lovely side sea view. ALL THE STAFF are VERY friendly and accomodating, everyone in the resturant and reception made our stay special. Love that It had ping pong&pool table. The 2 bars and free entertainment were absoloutley fab. SO many options for food and special touch of themed food nights was really fun and mixed It Up! Just being extra Picky as everything was so amazing but It would have been nice if they provided tea/coffee making facilites, although when we asked reception for a kettle- they brang one to our room instantly at no cost. Also spa didnt have nice relaxing Sun loungers, just cushions on the floor and was too busy for US to go in so could be monitored slightly better with reservations as small spa.

Nice view and location. No parking, undertrained staff, awful food service, overpriced food options at hotel, and little value with basic rooms. Everything is an extra cost including safe access and trowels. Would absolutely never stay at this hotel again. Over rated and over priced.
