location...10 minutes walk to the beach no fridge in the rooms..should be basic in 2026 when you pay 400$ a night! Not only that, once the resto/bar is closed, no possibilities to buy water/snacks. So you are stock to drink warm water, at 35 degree, unless you walk at midnight to go buy cold water. Ants in the room..to see them on the floor, I can understand but to find them imon your bed and pillows....no. Pool closing at 6PM...summer sunset at 9PM...so back from the beach and pool is closed for the kids.

Brightness through the Window blackout was too much

Very good breakfast and dinner, well made cocktails in the bar. Big and clean swimming pool, the hotel is 7mins from the sandy beach, there are a lot of supermarkets and restaurants around. The location in general is also very nice with big car parking, there is a long promenade close to the beach. Also favorite places like caves, zoo is also not far away to drive.

The place is spotless clean. Good breakfast. Quiet. Easy to park a car. Friendly staff. The place is dated but on the other hand it's a good value for money so in the end it's a fair option. You get what you pay for. My only issue was a disturbing smell in the room. It seems like they use strong cleaning products so the room has a very intense and not pleasant smell. Even the clothes in the suitcase absorbed that smell. Opening the windows and ventilating the room does not solve the issue. Surprisingly, there is no such a smell in the hallway or other parts of the building.

Food was good but not so much variety. Staff was unfriendly and was commenting everything with “not allowed, you should not do that, that is not possible”, etc.

The room could be equipped with a few more facilities, like: fridge, water, coffee machine, cotton swab and others.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent selection of food for breakfast/dinner. Also very good evening entertainment. An excellent experience all around.

The pool was great, and our son really enjoyed it. The food offered a wide variety of choices, all of which were delicious. The hotel is located in a lovely, peaceful area. The room didn’t have a refrigerator or even a single bottle of water.

Nice and quiet , always space around the pool, never a fight for a sunbed. Would be good to have a mini fridge in the rooms.

Breakfast was good, and it was clean. The check-in staff I got was horrible, did not care about giving info- very unfriendly- terrible arrival and check out experience.

However, the rest of the staff, especially some of the receptionists and most notably the restaurant staff, were extremely rude at times. For example, one morning I wanted to enjoy a cup of coffee and a cigarette before breakfast, so I took my coffee and went outside to sit by the pool bar area. The restaurant waiters literally chased me down, tried to snatch the coffee out of my hands, and started arguing with me, saying it was against hotel policy and that I should buy coffee from the pool bar. When I explained that the bar wasn’t open yet, they angrily told me to go into town if I wanted coffee. That kind of behavior towards a guest is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. During breakfast and dinner, they also stared at our plates in a very intrusive and inappropriate way, making the dining experience uncomfortable. There is no minibar in the room, and unlike most hotels in Mallorca, they don’t provide drinking water, which is quite disappointing. The pool is only open from 10 AM to 6 PM, and the man in charge of cleaning it seems to be in a constant bad mood and ready to argue — of course, only in Spanish. In conclusion, this is an *okay* hotel in terms of location and cleanliness, but it suffers from deeply problematic staff who clearly do not respect or value tourists. They act like they’re forced to be there and would rather be anywhere else. A real shame, because with better service, this place could be great.

The hotel has perfect location - walking distance to the beach, to supermarket and all small shops, massages around. Staff is very helpful, kind and smile. Room is every day (except Sunday) clean. Just behind the hotel is free parking. The buffet is quite small. Neither the room size. In the room is no even kettle, no tea, no coffee.

The noise of show from the ground floor can be heared during the night. But it's acceptable

Spacious balcony, decent breakfast, evening entertainment with magician, free table pool in the yard, very friendly receptionists, good value for money overall Dinner selection could be a bit richer, also some diecious were really without taste. Rooms are a little outdated already, but we're regularly cleaned. Bed shits could be replaced. No internal or heated pool, which can be a problem if bad weather
