All inclusive is good, lots of variety in every meal For a 3 stars hotel excellent value for money Location is perfect

Very clean, food was plain but good. No entertainment, no bar service apart from a window opening out to the pool area, so not very welcoming to someone like me who likes to socialise round a bar.

Cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the location of the hotel and the size of the rooms (apartment) Lack of entertainment in the evenings - however we presume this is due to being right at the end of the season before they close - other guests who had been here previously stated that entertainment was better in height of the season.

Its location Gone way downhill in last 2 years. Dinner served way too late. 7.30 —-9.30. Entertainment shocking. Apartments not very well equipped. No wardrobe space no shelves no chest of drawers no where to put anything.

staff were all lovely and so friendly, food was good although very repetitive. Liked the fact that towels were taken of beds if no one was on them after an hour. mattress kept sliding off base so you could easily hurt yourself if you don't realise. no drawers to put clothes in ,(socks, underwear, sorts teeshirts etc) no bath plug so couldn't have a bath and no bath mat to stop u slipping whilst having shower. absolutely hated that there was only one ashtray for smokers outside so they were making the place look dirty throwing cigarette ends in plants, over walls etc

The location was very good , and the staff was nice and friendly. The cleanliness was very good and room spacious. The selection of food was not large, but there was definitely enough of everything. there was no parking for the car, you had to look for it in the surrounding streets

Location, size of the hotel, reception staff, food variation, drinks, hotelroom in general. The rooms weren’t soundproof, not much facilities in gaming room, not enough beds by the pool and lots of towels, food temperature

* Shops and restaurants on doorstep * Close to beach * Could keep AC on when you were out of the room * Handy with public transport * Lift * Nice shower pressure * Roomy balcony * Reception was modern Due to our flight being five hours delayed the receptionist let us quickly have dinner before it ended at 21:30 which was a very good start to our welcome after a long day of travelling. The staff are friendly and will help as much as possible. The Bedroom Beds were like lying on boxes/very hard and uncomfortable on our backs. The room never got mopped the whole 6 nights we were there which was very frustrating with sand and balcony dust. Had to wear socks or flip flops around the room. The beds were on wheels and the mattresses never seemed to stay still on the beds. The sheets were too small for the mattresses. The positives; enough hanging wardrobe space, full length mirror, desk/vanity station and enough plug sockets. Our AC was nice too, not too cold, blowy or loud. Some other guests we had spoken to had said their AC in their rooms were appalling so maybe we just dropped on with ours. The Bathroom The bath was the size of a bidet. The flush on the toilet was inadequate. When the cleaner came round we had to ask for new clean towels twice. There was brown mould all around the bath tray, sink and toilet. The shower head had a massive crack through it so only half of the water came out properly, the other half poured down the walls, making the floor wet through. The shower was very small, but the pressure was OK. There was a very pungent stench coming from the drains/plug holes which meant we had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times. Surroundings Reception was always spotless. Tables were always being cleaned. The lift only carried 4 people. The pool was an acceptable size and was deep enough (2.2m). It also had a shallow child friendly side, with a lifeguard. The only thing that was a let down every single day was the amount of sun loungers. I’d say there were approx 25 loungers and they were all taken by 9AM. We had to wait until lunch started at 1PM to grab one when people went for their lunch. The drinks were tasty.

Rooms are small but adequate, good choice off menu both breakfast and evening meal. entertainment on at night, 100 metres to beach, stayed many times at this hotel. no negatives, love this hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was simple but we didn’t expect nothing luxurious so we were not disappointed, also there was everything what we needed ? good value for money Basic breakfast, not a big choice of food

Very clean, very helpful staff Was first placed on first floor. Due to layout the sound from the bar travelled up the stair well and was very noisy but I was moved to a higher floor the next morning with no issues Room advertised as a bath ( shower bath) with no plug so when asked I was told they don’t provide them
