No sun beds on balcony as shown in the pictures there are drinks in the mini bar and nuts on the side when u arrive but they charge an arm and leg for very expensive dinner was very bland dinning room very small You had to pay for the spa I thought was a bit much after paying so much for the hotel it's self overall very expensive hotel

Fantastic location with great facilities, two outdoor pools, spa & gym. We only had a brief stay so made the most of the pool on the front terrace with the chill out bar alongside. The room was great, overlooking the sea with everything in it you would expect. We had a great breakfast with excellent selection and ate at lunchtime at which was brought to our sun lounger. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any requirements. Didn't really have many negative's. The lifts we a little slow, selecting them both was the quickest option but feel that made it slower for everyone.

We loved the location and facilities and the food was amazing! Everything was amazing so it’s hard to say what we didn’t like but I would have preferred entertainment each night of the week rather than every other night.

The property was very modern looking and for the Spain expectation I think it was very high compared to other places you will find. The location was amazing. You literally walked two minutes to the beach and you can just enjoy the beautiful view. It’s really outstanding! The food was very good and we just ate so much and drank so much. I gained 10 kg. I loved it. I’m gonna go back for sure! The main thing we did not like about the property is that they advertise the little spa water jet things and when we got there, it’s closed on Monday and Tuesday, which yes, it was in the fine print, but I usually don’t expect a nice place to have such a weird closure they should be open all week and in my opinion at least the hot tubs in the hot tub jets should be included in the price. I really don’t wanna have to pay extra Just to use a hot tub with jets for 90 minutes. I think they should’ve included that.

Excellent location, right in front of the sea and just a few steps from the beach. Comfortable bed and overall room comfort. Good variety of food, with several options to suit different tastes — not amazing, but definitely satisfactory. The lack of physical separation (such as a wall or divider) between the sleeping area and the bathroom/shower area compromised both privacy and comfort. The constant noise from the plumbing was quite noticeable in the room, especially at night when other guests were taking long showers — very disturbing. The room was located on the first floor, right next to the street's rubbish bins, which meant frequent noise during the night. The blackout curtains were not very effective and let in a lot of light; for those sensitive to brightness, I recommend bringing a sleep mask. Finally, a rather unsettling situation occurred at check-out: around the time we were about to leave, a taxi driver showed up at reception claiming he had been called for the guests in our room. However, we had not requested a taxi, and the front desk confirmed that no booking had been made on our behalf. The timing and the fact that the driver knew our room number and exact check-out time felt very suspicious. Naturally, we declined the ride, but future guests should be aware — a little extra caution is advised in such moments.

We booked a junior suite, all-inclusive for 4 nights. The hotel is very modern and spotlesslessly clean. The location is fabulous with a beautiful view of the bay. In the room, the bed was huge and super comfy. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Lobely fluffy towels and dressing gowns available. I was impressed by the quality of a hairdryer, which is normally lacking in hotels. The terrace in our suite was enormous. We had some fruit kebabs on arrival, which was also a nice touch. The staff were pleasant. It was easy enough to park on the street. Waking up to the sunrise on the first morning was glorious. I enjoyed the breakfast choices. There are a few things that could help improve experience. The breakfasts were good, lunch was perfectly adequate, however dinner was a slight disappointment as it was in the same restaurant as breakfast and lunch. The room is a little sterile, and no one really made the effort to dress up for dinner. It could be improved with drinks service and the room being set up differently, but this comes at a cost. So we ate out in local restaurants a couple of nights as our preference is a more formal experience in the evening. The entertainment in the bar wasn't great on Friday evening, again a little sterile and lacking atmosphere. We didn't get an opportunity to use the loungers by the sea view pool as they were occupied but did on our roof terrace. It would be nice to have hot tubs on all the roof terrace suite rooms. The bar by the back pool wasn't open, but i suppose it is a bit early in the seqson. We didn't use the spa. It would be good to be given some information about facilities on arrival. We never saw any of the snacks that were advertised from 4 pm. We arrived late and missed dinner and had to leave early, so we missed breakfast on the last day. It would be good to maybe offer something for all-inclusive guests in these situations. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay and would come back on a bed and breakfast rate rather than all-inclusive.

Room was large, comfortable and modern decoration/facilities The hotel location Both pools - were very exposed and with no sunlight

Very clean and modern. Good location if you want a quieter area but still lots of restaurants ect The doors to the bedrooms slam very loudly, need to have slow closing fixtures attached. Some of the sun beds were broken at both pools and it can be difficult to get a bed at the smaller pool unless you get there early. The reserving of sun bed rule isn’t followed even though there are signs

Lovely position on the beach The entertainment was a bit hit and miss. The layout where the entertainment takes place is a bit disjointed.. needs some thought to get more atmosphere really.

The staff was very helpful. Location was good. They had this payment policy, and asked us to pay in advance. None of the payment methods were working and some of them were very suspicious. They also informed us that we couldn't pay with credit card on arrival, which eventually was possible. Until our arrival, we weren't sure if we even had the room booked. Just a horrible way to start a holiday. The food quality was below average and through the week there was not much variety. Plates and cups were also often not clean. All inclusive was more like some inclusive. Even the spa pools and sauna were not included. For some drinks you had to pay a small amount of money.

Location - right in front of the sea and a 3-min. walk to the beach Design - tastefully decorated, big and comfortable rooms All-inclusive that met all our needs - it's a buffet, not à la carte, but we could always choose from the available options, there was always plenty of food even if we arrived by the end of the service, lots of fresh veggies to choose from The staff - we felt very welcome, everyone was extremely nice and professional Spa for the rainy days :) Just small suggestions for improvement, nothing major: there could be more fruits to choose from in the buffet, we noticed that sometimes the pool bar opened later or closed earlier than supposed to, the beds with the sea view were often reserved using towels, resulting in not all the guests being able to use them throughout the day - it would be great to call people's attention to it
