Family friendly We didn’t get pool towels in our room yet the rest of our family did who had separate rooms from us

All things were great, location, food, services and pools. Pools are not heated and in sping they are little bit cold. All other things were super!
-
Plenty of kids entertainment. Walking distance to the beach. Food was good for half board. Kids splash pool too cold for the 23 degrees outside. We used wetsuits or went to the beach as sea water was warmer.

Breakfast, size of the room on 5th floor, balcony., swiming pools, close to the main street. Idealy for familis with small kids. Parking might be an issue. Hotel has few buildings with 200+ rooms and parking lot has only 50 spots + 10 on the street. Few houndred meters away was planty of space (end of september) ... July/August can be tricky.

- Rooms and facilities very clean - Nice pool area for kids of all ages - Pool a bit overcrowded - I guess like in most of the hotels

The view Parties at night Indoor and outdoor pool Staff was nice AC was the worst. So hot Indoor pool was so cold Hot tub didn’t work Parking suck
-
Pool was too crowded, too small pool for number of people staying at the hotel. Same thing with evening entertainment stage, too small area for so many people.

Everything! Everything was great

Everything was exeptional. ?? We were there with 2 years old son who enjoyed indoor and outdoor pools. Food was also good with many different choices. Everything was clean and in good condition. There is also a small gym.

Great for families. Kids loved the entertainment. Great pool options, great breakfast and many different seating areas for meals. The only minor comment is that the dinners could be a bit more varied. Food was good but after a few days the menu and options felt a bit repetitive.

Cleanliness, facilities, location to beach Perhaps a pizza option for kids at dinner
-
Perfect for kids…food was good More sound proof rooms?kids in next room were crying they woke us up

Very good

Breakfast- location- swimmingpool Room far away main building (and not mentioned when booking at booking.com), wifi poor and the most fascinating was the “brilliant” mind who decided to block off half the parking garage for installing solar panels the entire week. Evidently planning gone wrong.

Really nice hotel for family vacations! Great buffet for breakfast and dinner with nice variation of different foods.

Very clean, great food. Nice beach with Promenade near by. Good secure (free) car park. Close to Safari and Caves of Ham. Lovely town centre 10-15 min walk along the Prom. Staff were superb! We stayed in a family apartment which was newly refurbished. The reception area and communal hallways are clean and bright but a bit traditional. We didn’t mind so much…..,but it’s packed with (young) Kids. Great for families but I’d imagine couples might find it a bit noisy. Although there is a pool area, restaurant and lounge for adults (only) that we couldn’t access with teenagers in our group … maybe lone adults would have a different experience . With teenagers it’s a bit of a no man’s land, too old for the kids stuff but couldn’t access the adult only areas… however we did find plenty to get out and do to keep them happy, and on balance we would return again.

Excellent place, well equipped for family holidays Bed was a bit uncomfortable, nothing major

The location and facilities were great. There were miss understanding between booking and the hotel. I made a booking for 2 adults and 2 kids. On the arrival, we found out that's was booked only for 2 adults and 2 babies . Which causes confusion, and we need to pay an extra 600. Apparently, this wasn't the first time. Inside swimming pool was overcrowded due to kids half term. There were no limits on how many could go at the time. At the busy times be good if booking time slot could be arranged.

• the pool area and all the greenery was exceptional • very family oriented & professional • • A/C not working • breakfast was the same every day • no option of private babysitting • finding parking spot every day • kids channel in only one language
