The hotel has a nice reception and common areas. Interestingly decorated. Excellent location. Very comfortable beds. Nice, large room. Welcome drink which was very nice :)The hotel looks clean, however our toilet was filthy. Also the balcony was not cleaned. Check-in takes ages: documents, photos, explanations, addresses, local taxes,100 signatures, no smile from the staff even though we spoke Spanish. We really did not feel welcomed despite the ‘welcome drink’. Everything took about 40 minutes. I can't imagine what happens when there is a queue. A little more energy and a smile from the staff (lady with short hair, short with glasses) would certainly not have hurt.

Every single member of staff went over and above to make our holiday pleasurable , the were helpful and super friendly . The hotel is modern and well equipped . The location fantastic just a few minutes walk from the beach and shopping strip. Honestly would highly recommend and worth 4 stars not the 3 it has . Nothing it was all great

Always got a sunlounger. Lunch food (payable menu) was nice. Very close to bus stops (1 min away). 1 plug socket Fridge didn't work Super thin walls - heard all sorts throughout the night from all surrounding rooms. Chest infections, vibrating notifications, arguing, baby screams, snoring, 7am alarm clocks, etc etc. No lilo's allowed Moody, "slow walkers" at reception. Hotel right next door - excessively loud PA system which completes (and wins), with hotels own "entertainment". On the last night I noticed some tiny, little hopping things in one of the beds. (Tried not to think about them in order to sleep).

Breakfast was good, a little more on the continental side and less on the english. ( Bacon and sausages) Our shower in our room (309) was really tough to pull up so had a struggle everytime

The serving staff were very friendly and helpful as were those on the desk. Everyone seems very polite. The hotel was positioned in a good location. Unfortunately the bathroom let the room down, it wasn’t has pictured. The worst part was the bathroom a little out dates but mainly door wouldn’t close shut, at most 50% not ideal when sharing with a family.

Location close to everything.Spacious and clean room. Water kettle, fridge and microwave in the room. Sweetest staff. Easy to park the car nearby. Mosquitos on the balcony, only place I have experienced these and have been 7 different places.Only decaff cofee available in the room. Recycled sand colored toilettpaper.Pool to small, crowded and with yellow grease floating.

The property was nice, staff were friendly - beds slightly uncomfortable, only downside.

Very close to the beach and restaurants/bars. Staff is very friendly. You can't control the air conditioning.

Reception and bar staff are incredibly helpful and friendly Furniture in room tired and wardrobe door off hinges, grouting in shower awful making it look poor, cleaning staff did good job, room and bed clean and comfy
