We appreciated Moises from the reception front desk for his honesty in trying to explain to us how the hotel's fake marketing practices influence customers to book Hotel Sabina. He mentioned: "Never trust the pictures on booking.com because it might not be like what you get." Reception Staff: The lady from check-in didn't know how to count in English... she sent us to the 7th floor, but our room was on the 5th floor. We had to carry our luggage between floors due to her incompetence. When we asked for explanations about the room, she didn’t want to speak in English and whispered in Spanish to her colleague Moises to stop explaining to us, because we didn’t deserve attention. The reception staff has at hand a fake picture of the hotel without the surrounding buildings, through which they try to lie to you by telling you that all the rooms on the side of the hotel have a partial see view, although they all face the neighboring building. The Manager: Carmen lied to us saying she gave us a room with a partial view which we paid extra for, but she gave us a room with a building view. She wanted to charge us 25 EUR to move to another room on the 3rd floor which smelled bad because it had not been lived in for a while, was not ventilated and had the same view to neighboring building, not partial sea view. She wanted to charge us €15 to move to a sea view room. She asked us 40 EUR for 2 person for a dinner, although on booking.com the difference between accommodation with breakfast and accommodation with half board is 18 EUR for 2 persons. If you want to change your beach towel you pay another fee. At checkout you have to pay another local tax 3,3 EUR/pers/day. Cleaning personnel: didn't change the sheets in 4 nights, the towels only once, upon request. In front of the hotel there was a big p o o, so you risked stepping in it when you went to the beach. Disgusting hotel. The bathroom: there is no shampoo, shower gel, soap, only an undefined liquid with an unpleasant smell for everything. Food: little varied hot food very oily, little salad, very little fruit (citrus and melon) and bad quality coffee. All the products were cheap, bulk, not branded, unusual for a 4 star hotel.

The location is very good. The breakfast is also very good. The room is very quiet. The time of the pool could be extended.

This hotel is located right on the beach and is very modern and exceptionally clean. The staff are very helpful and arranged my transportation to my next destination without hesitation. We had a Seaview room and size of the room and balcony were a good size. Lots of selection of food at buffet as well. Pool was very large and clean. Would stay here again. If I had to suggest anything it would be to replace the pool towels for something more fluffy and bigger but a very minor point

I loved Absolutely everything! The breakfast was out of this world!! Absolutely incredible. The bed was very comfy as was pillow and lovely shower room. Very pleasantly surprised!!

Absolutely delicious breakfast and dinner with great variety, featuring elegant dishes where each day celebrates a different type of cuisine. Thank you very much to the Chef and all the staff at the hotel! The rooms are very clean, modern, and comfortable, with climate and light controls integrated into the wall near the bed. They also have special, very comfortable pillows that conform to the shape of your neck! Renting towels is possible in the Hotel. The beach is absolutely gorgeous — long, wide, with a gentle entry! The water is crystal clear! Be sure to check out the hotel's rooftop terrace, which offers a stunning view of the beach and sea with fantastic colour!

Everything was ok. The breakfast was brilliant, the food very good and every morning you had different dishes. The room is clean and comfortable. Not very spacious, the TV console occupied the corridor to the bacon and you had to squeeze in to get to the balcony. The bathroom, although spacious, the drain from the shower cabin did not work well, a lot of water reached the bathroom from the shower cabin.
