This was our second time staying and it was just as we remembered. The entire hotel was absolutely spotless and always smelled so fresh and clean throughout. The pool area is fab — so relaxing and really well maintained. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, with a special thank you to Celia and Miguel who went above and beyond to make our stay extra enjoyable. The location is perfect and made everything so easy and convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish — already looking forward to coming back! No faults!

The location and the hotel are beautiful and breakfast was incredible. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bike store and sauna was a great bonus. Short walk to the cove and walking trail. Lovely to walk for dinner and back. The beds were hard and the double was two twins pushed together . The hotel put a thin topper on but was still very hard. The Mai’s service was also a little sporadic with often forgotten towels etc.

It was so peaceful, the people were so friendly and the decor of the hotel was so beautiful and unique! If you are travelling to Mallorca, we highly recommend you stay here. It has everything you need and more - a perfect location and massive bedrooms! The breakfast was too expensive, it was nice but shouldn't have been more than £20 from our experience. Also the drinks were double what nearby restaurants were charging so we would recommend saving some money elsewhere.

Everything. Location facilities service and staff Nothing

It was light and the decor downstairs was traditional Majorcan : Pool area was nice. It was a bit tired in places : we had hotel suite no 1 and wasn’t worth the money as it’s a 5 star hotel a few dead mosquitoes squashed on the walls : curtain missing a hook : nothing in the mini bar ( unlike other 5 star hotels ) no atmosphere in restaurant ( ate out ) Pool bar area was tired looking : nice hotel but not a 5 star.

Not crowded, relaxing We didn’t like the plastic flowers. The bedroom was old-fashioned and in need of decoration and renovation. I particularly like to use a kettle for a cup of tea and this was awkwardly placed and there was no milk provided which I had to ask for. I also felt charging for a bottle to fill up with water quite pennypinching and that really in a hotel of this standard we should have been given a couple of bottles of water per day as we had experience in other similar hotels

Very peaceful location but beach close by. Public areas and pool in very good condition. Helpful, professional staff. Bit of a whiff from the drains (bathroom)

Wonderful 3 day get away. Spacious bedroom and en-suite with terrace looking over the most beautiful backdrop. A short walk down the hill and you have the most beautiful bay for swimming. The hotel feels more like a private villa with a smaller amount of guests. No fighting over sun loungers, which were extremely comfortable. Guests respect this is a quiet hotel in the perfect setting to relax. Would recommend hiring a car. You can visit Pollensa old town which is a treat and Puerto Pollenca. The breakfasts which seemed quite pricey are absolutely delicious. Everything you could possibly ask for. Finally all the staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Should be called The Quiet & Friendly hotel. We will definitely be visiting again.

Pool and quiet surroundings Nothing. It was all good.

Beautiful hotel, nice and clean. The garden with the pool area was stunning. It was a real retreat. Quiet place, ideal for a long weekend to escape from work and noise. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts were very fresh and tasty, generally the food there was good. There was a nice vibe in the whole hotel complex. AC in the room was weak. When it was 39C outside, the room wouldn't cool down enough. This might actually be a breaking point for us when deciding whether to come back or not :( Also I could imagine a better welcome, ours wasn't a five star experience. Maybe due to the language barrier..
