Close to the beach Poor Internet connectivity, Food charges not added to the room had to be paid in cash all the time, Door latch not so good,

It’s right on the beach The maintainance is poor. After paying 5500 we got a basic room with torn sofa. The rooms can be more hygienic and better facilities can be provided like hair dryer etc.

Location was most attractive with a spectacular view of the sea from the balcony of our suite The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help senior citizens like us. Nothing was too much trouble We would particularly like to put on record our grateful thanks to Apoorva for " service with a smile" The room amenities and the toiletry left much to be desired. The basin should have arrangements for placing dental and shaving kit, and should have hand towels For breakfast we had to go to a nearby restaurant with steep stairs and the buffet was very limited The hotel should install a lift and be more senior citizen friendly. We had to climb more than 50 stairs to reach our suite on the 2nd floor from the lobby
