Facilities a little worn down and cleaning was not a daily routine. Had to ask staff to clean. The fan from kitchen was very noisy and stayed on for almost an hour every day while we where laying around the pool area. Good to have earphone with noise cancelling.

Security was an issue, the guard was not there for a night and people from the beach were able to access the property. It was scary.

The hotel was excellent, just like the city. We had an amazing stay! Everything was very clean, the staff was attentive, and the shops around the hotel were great. The pool was definitely a plus, especially since it got really hot early in the morning. Also, the hotel is very close to the beach, which was a big highlight! I loved that there were cats walking around the hotel — it made me feel even more at home. The restaurant is great, the Lobster Thermidor was amazing! I absolutely loved my stay, highly recommend this place, and would definitely come back! The only downside was that the gym didn’t have a functional air conditioner, which made it difficult to work out because it got extremely hot.

Great location if you are in the Baga/Calangute area. Very clean and good breakfast. Very unhelpful reception staff. I booked a superior double ground floor room and was, initially, given a small first floor room with a tiny balcony overlooking a rubbish dump. When I explained this was not what I had booked I was treated as if I was causing trouble. I accepted a bigger room on the first floor with a small balcony rather than continue to complain.

Great location absolutely next to beach. Layout of property & rooms was good. Breakfast spread & food was decent. Swimming pool ok. House keeping staff was very good & efficient. Restaurant lay out & management was good. Response of reception staff to address problems like WiFi was absolutely bad. WiFi did not work for the entire stay duration of 3 nights. A/C temperature control was not working leading to a very cold room & discomfort.

Typical Goan look , clean and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious & very comfortable. The back gate has direct access to the beach .. about 3 mins walk the happening place. Very friendly staff. Special thanks to Mr. Vital - front office, Piyali at reception & the restaurant staff . Really can’t think of anything .

Location, peaceful place...super clean, helpful staff. All n all superb. Just walk 3 mins to reach to baga beach. All is well.
