The location is great! Walking distance from several amenities, beaches, restaurants, etc, the staff was alright. There is a vegetarian restaurant right below the building. One bathroom for 2 rooms is not sufficient for +5 people. Will not recommend it for larger groups.

Good location in Candolim. Beds were comfortable. Quite peaceful at night No reception area. Very young staff. Bed sheets were dirty and worn, requested they be changed. Place felt unclean

Location was good. That's all I can say about our stay. It's not for Europeans. And over priced .

The location was excellent just by Highland Beach resort. We had a budget room and we were pleasantly surprised. It had a full size fridge, kettle and we were given toiletries. Very quit in the evening. It was fine.

We couldn't stay at the property because the owners forgot about our reservation and didn't have a room for us, although they did find another accommodation, but it was not as we expected.

The accommodation has a big sign on the main street, so it was easy to find. It's located 5 minutes on foot from the beach, and is close to many restaurants, shops, a big supermarket, a bus stop, a post office, a pharmacy, an ATM, and whatever else you may need. The room has a balcony (facing a nice mango tree), a small wet-bathroom, and a fridge that came in very handy. The AC and fan worked well and the WI-FI was stable. All in all it's nothing fancy, but for the price very good! Even though the hotel is in a back street, it can get very loud during the night. The bathroom had some vague smell all the time - probably the pipes are a bit old.
