Breakfast was excellent.. one of the best I have ever had... memorable Checkout could have been better... they hadnt captured by breakfast cost... I asked them to capture that and include in my bill .. and the amount of time they took to do that was so much that I almost got delayed for my meeting.

It is near airport and nice place to stay. I did not like front desk people. They don’t know how to treat customers. They told me my room will be ready at 2pm. when I came at 2pm and ask them if the room was ready, one of the staff told me that you should know that our check in is at 3pm, shouting at me. She told me the room will be ready at 2pm. They should never tell a customer, if the room will not be ready at 3pm.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and professional. The rooms were spacious, the food was excellent, and the overall ambiance was relaxing and pleasant. Nothing significant. Everything was well managed and satisfactory.

The bathrooms very really slippery. Especially the stepdown at shower entry. feels like very risky. Should have kept nice mats/anti slip tiles at least a row buttons which will protect the customers from slippery

The breakfast is exceptional...the staff Marful, Anu, Mujhaidul, Jamir, Nupur, Aloke, Anand and Sandipan were very attentive and friendly...Antra was the sweetest person in the hotel. Everything was good

It’s a world class continental breakfast and food is mix and value for health . Service is prompt and quality service . The persons who are facilitated us they are very much cooperative and take care about the guest. I like environment and Security of Hotel . Cleanliness . Outer area is eye catching and cool . Other facilities are great .
