Nothing First they asked me to see the room. They showed me a very small room with only a small bed without washroom. I told them that the room doesn't have washroom then they showed me a common washroom which was very dirty and unheiginic, I a woman use that then she will get infected and they told me if you want a room with washroom then I have to pay extra money have to book it offline. As I have already reached there so I have to take one room they charged me extra 500 from the booking I paid them 1500 then gave me a room.

They are not given room and money Very bad hotel staff. Confirm 2 room book but hotel staff not given me room and not refund

All things are worst , They are taking extra money always by telling it is not possible to accommodate with this money we always charge extra. If this is a hotel you should kick off all the sheets.
