The hotel is fantastic. The staff are friendly and professional, from the bellhop and concierge to the maid in the room. Everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable.

The shuttle driver was great. The check in and check out process was not only very long, but both times, the person was confused about our reservations. The check out guy charged me twice for a room even though I kept telling him it was paid for. Now I am trying to retrieve that payment one month later. This is after I told him we needed to get to the airport for a flight. The rooms had a smell to them, like musty.

Front desk team as really nice. Specially Raj was very good. And breakfast was good.

The check-in experience was extremely poor. It took nearly 25 minutes for the staff to complete the process, despite my being a Marriott Bonvoy Gold member with priority check-in. At the time of check-in, I requested an early check-out by one day, which was acknowledged and also confirmed in writing via email. However, at checkout, the staff had no record of this change and attempted to charge me for the additional night. Only because I had the email confirmation was the issue resolved. This was stressful and completely avoidable. I strongly recommend getting every change in writing. Room service was ordered a couple of times and was below average—not something I would recommend. Mushroom pizza was cold and 5 mushrooms on a cheese pizza - very poor. The breakfast buffet restaurant is extremely small, noisy, and chaotic, making it a stressful experience. On days 2 and 3, we opted for an alternate breakfast location provided by the hotel, which was significantly better. Overall, apart from the brand name, the service quality was disappointing and did not live up to the ITC reputation.

The courtesy of the staff, especially in the welcome hall, was excellent. The ambience was brilliant, and the breakfast was good. Housekeeping definitely needs improvement, and some staff members do not take critical feedback in the right spirit. For example, during breakfast, masala chai was served without sugar and the staff refused to replace it. The table was also missing basic items such as forks, spoons, and glasses, which we had to repeatedly request and follow up on. However, it is important to note that Ms. Harshitha made a sincere effort to compensate for the experience by offering a beautifully crafted Kolkata delicacy, which was much appreciated. One key piece of feedback would be to focus on continuous training for customer-facing staff.

The hotel was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional!!! The pool deck needs to be renovated .

Breakfast on the first day was good. On the second day, the overflow was in another restaurant. Here the service was not as good. Food was average on both days. Room was large and comfy. Hotel has a nice layout. Dinner at Peshawari was excellent. The shower drain tended to block and overflow. A wedding on the second day resulted in all food outlets being reserved for private events. We had to go to the neighbouring Marriott hotel for a drink.

The property itself is beautiful, nice dining options and the staff are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are dated with furniture which shows many years of use, loose electric points etc. We checked out of the property on August 12th, after clearing all dues. Yet the hold on my Credit Card, a very large amount, has still not been released. Its already been over 15 days and the hold has remained, causing severe issues for me as I travel and am unable to use my CC effectively. I have been in touch with Ms. Aditi from guest relations about this matter - who has been very courteous and prompt in responding however has done nothing to get the high amount on my credit card released. The issue is still not resolved by the hotel as I write this review end of August. This is unprecedented and has caused me big trouble.

The breakfast was very good. Very good restaurants for lunch and dinner. The natural environment in the hotel was a wonderful experience. Restaurant team made us feel very welcomed and gave excellent service specially Akthar & Ali. At the dinner Akthar advised us for a very delicious menu. Nothing to complain.

We had a very pleasant stay at this Hotel. Nice location and pleasant hospitality. Highly recommend.
