There was nothing great and I was told that they are upgrading my room BUT it was a small room with bad linen; only the bath was a renovated one The attitude: I reached at 3:00 AM and while checking in requested for a late checkout. The person at the reception was in bad mood for whatever reasons, she started quoting the hotel policy of 12:00 checkout. After a few words I told her NOT to favour with a late checkout. In fact I CHECKED OUT within 18 hours although having prepaid for 2 NIGHTS May be this hotel would never be able to have any business from my side. Wish them luck

Location only This is one of my worst stay in hotel. I didn’t expect that this kind of poor welcome. I like to mention Receptionist once I’m done with check-in she didn’t inform me anything like I have a free breakfast in the morning. It was not free. Actually I paid for that she supposed to mention everything that is her duty management team is like 000 civic sense what they’re supposed to tell to the guest and how to talk and also manager, I don’t exactly remember his name. It was a guy his name started from (S ) when I asked him regarding weight TV channel he said I need to pay for channels if I want to watch that is so disgusting. I guess they have only Hindi channel and it was so disgusting when I asked him he was not even so sorry .mostly all team member except kitchen staff. I like to mention specially receptionist when I arrive it was not warm welcome only the doorkeeper were very generous to help. I’m so disappointed there was no TV channel facility. There was no conditioner bath stuff. Bathroom condition was poor. I don’t feel like staying there in future I will never ever stay in peerless hotel and I will not recommend to any of my family or friends

Location and restaurant Room quality especially in the old building. We were initially given a room that had cracked bathtubs. Later they moved us to a room in a different building (from the one where we had another room); the nee room was better but had no bathtub.

The room has no closet space.

Getting into the room was a bit confusing, the hotel lobby is in the main building and our room was on the other building.

Sunanda and Dibyendu were very courteous, helpful and accomodative. Enjoyed my stay. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was superb with great choices. Kausani Banerji was superb. Nothing

The room for 3 just included a folding bed and not a proper bed. So that took up space in the room. Unlike a room built for 3 beds. One member on the staff was quite unprofessional. I had requested an early check-in which was subject to availability. When I arrived he asked me to wait for 30-40 mins. After about an hour, he said to wait for another 30-40 mins. After waiting for about 2 hours in total when I went to the reception again, I was told the room was ready earlier but this guy "forgot to inform me".

Restaurant staff were not so helpful. They don’t want to give what you want only Menus.

The maintenance of the place is not very good. This was my 4th stay and at least the 3rd room with water problems. They include leaking sinks, mold, and water stains and damage. The shower drain is slow and the shower doors don't seal well, so the floor gets wet. The windows are not thick enough or sealed well enough to keep out the sounds from the streets below, so I still needed to wear earplugs to sleep--even in a club room. Sometimes there are odd odors in the rooms. It seems like something mechanical? And the materials used for the counters and shelves do not stay clean, so there are usually stained or damaged counters in all of the rooms. Finally, the cleaning is not thorough. Mirrors and glass might be clean but they are scratched by previous attempts at cleaning or stained beyond repair. The outside of the windows are dirty, impairing the view. And if you look closely, it's obvious that dusting is minimal and the floors need a vacuum. They say all the rooms are non-smoking, but my bath linens smelled very smoky last month. (I also smelled cigarette smoke in the halls.) Finally, the bed linens could use some extra laundering.
