Other than two room service guys not were hospitable rather hostile. They said that no rooms were booked in my name by Booking.com and charged me extra money for a room which is the size of a toilet. BIZZARE EXPERIENCE!! THEY ARE THUGS. Couples come there to used their rooms for hourly basis which I have seen with my own eyes while I was waiting in the reception. I had no other option but to halt the night there as I have some meetings to attend outside. They at last provided me a room tiny as a nest and in horrible pathetic dirty condition with dirt and used bedsheets and bizzare size and cleanliness. The lady receptionist and the owner are SUPER THUGS!! BOOKING.COM will never be used by me ever for booking hotels. I am extremely disappointed. I would request you to take this as a COMPLAINT and yes the rating is negative for them and Booking.com as they charged much more from me and didn't even provide breakfast. Mentioned above.

At least 1 ltr, packaged drinking water should be provided free per guest. which is not there. Staff behaviour is unsatisfied. Poor value for money. Excess pricing.

Staff was friendly. A place for a few hours of sleep and water hot enough for shower. The linens were stained and doesn't smell pleasant. Curtains were dusty. Arriving late to find the front gate is locked, doorbell was not working and ended up shouting from the front gate for a few minutes before the staff on night shift came to open the gate.

nothing The hotel did not even provide water bottle and charges 30 for each bottles. For free they provide onlt tap water. the staf was not professional and bathroom was not cleaned, Tv does not work at all and they did not even come for cleaning in 2 days stay.
