The privacy and the staff availability was appropriate. There were problems in the washroom, the lock in the door of the washroom was not working, also the flow of water was stopped. I had to call the staff to get the water fixed atleast. Didn't say anything about the door because the lock would take technicians and carpenters to get fixed, that service would atleast require 24hrs. The bedsheets were unclean, pillow covers had holes. But since I am used to more unclean and uncomfortable situations getting this partially good room was a lot of privilege for me. The AC was working fine, they had common refrigerator, a kettle, a microwave oven for storage and cooking. Windows and lights were alright. Overall room and toilet was clean. The lock of the bathroom/ washroom was not in working condition..the bedsheets were unclean, pillow covers had holes in them.

location everything apart from location was in shambles. Its not worth it. I paid 1500 for a day stay, going by the standard it should have been note more than 400-500. There is no security, anyone from outside can come inside our room though they have cameras but that is not sufficient

I want my cash back......Hotel is not clean..... staff is not good ......and room was very dirty.....i m not satisfied of this hotel... service is very bad...and complimentary Breakfast is not properly they are only send Puri sabji or 2 person no tea no coffee... Nothing

Staff were polite and courteous. There was no issue with the booking process.

The location and the staff behaviour. The hotel didn't have Restaurant or Tea coffee facility. The TV didn't work.

The location of the hotel is really good. It's just 2 lanes from Quest Mall, also close to Gariahat. Breakfast was good too. The bathroom was way too small.
