Though the location was in centre, but the environment was very dirty The hotel room was dirty and small, with a strong unpleasant odor. Although the bathroom appeared clean at first glance, it had a used soap box and an unclean toilet. We ordered dinner from the hotel, but the used dishes were left outside our room for the entire day despite multiple requests for them to be cleared. The entire hotel, including the reception area, lift, and corridors, had a strong and irritating smell, alternating between fish-like and cigarette odors.

Nothing as such to be liked in the property. i literally had to file a complaint in Karaya Police station Our Booking was from 22nd Dec till 25th Dec 2024. We notified the property that we will be arriving on 23rd Morning. When we arrived the tripple room which was booked on my name was given to someone else and justifies that I did not checked in on 22nd So we gave to someone else also stating that the guy who was at the property telling me that i had booked deluxe room with 2 occupancy. Room had cockroaches and untidy i have shared the pics I told the property that i had already notified and why did you give it to someone else its a Third class stay.

Nothing to like about the hotel apart from its location. It was not clean, the room was dirty, and the bed sheets were not properly cleaned.
