Staff were extremely friendly and helpful A bit of a business hotel and we’re on vacation but there’s nothing wrong with it at all and it’s a nice standard of finish just a little grey.

Just a heads-up on parking: the hotel only offers valet parking, which runs a steep $50 CAD per night. If you're looking to save money, there's a Grid5 lot right in front of the hotel where you can park for just $4 CAD per day on weekends—much more budget-friendly if your stay includes a Saturday or Sunday.

Convenient location, very good staff. The bed mattresses need replacing and the cut back housekeeping meant the room was not serviced every day. Adjacent is a outdoor live music venue where the loud music went on past midnight. Despite us being on the 10th floor it still impacted our sleep.
