THEEE most efficient, uncomplicated check in and check out I have experienced in a long time (incl valet for my truck). I also liked the energy wise 'clean linens and towels after 3 days' and the water faucet for drinking. I was VERY disappointed I did not have a fridge with pop, water, snack, etc. in my room. When I have a weekend away, I enjoy all of the finer things.

the cleaning staff is awesome, they can tell what we really need and our living habits according to the scene in our room and left the stuff we need for the following days

The beds were very comfy, the room was big and the bathroom very spacious. We had to wait about 10 minutes to get warm water in the shower - that caught us a bit by surprise.

Might be well located for tourists but the Calgary’s essential is elsewhere. I’d avoid the location especially during weekends Sauna is kids friendly and not hot at all and jacuzzi did not work. The building is also front of tramway station for whom like me who needs complete silence to be able to sleep

Rooms was very clean and modern compfy beds nice bathrooms. Parking situation was a bit hectic parked els where and way to expensive.

Location is great right in the heart of downtown and close to all the restaurants. Great location for families.
