Sol House Mallorca - Adults only

The location was convenient, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Every single night there were groups of young guests screaming, yelling, slamming doors, running through the hallways, and wrestling at all hours of the night. It was impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. I was specifically told at check-in to call extension 9 if there were any problems. I called repeatedly, and no one ever answered. When I finally went to the front desk in person, the staff were standing there chatting instead of addressing the situation. I complained multiple times and even asked to be moved to another room, but nothing was done. An adults-only hotel should provide a peaceful environment, but this hotel failed completely. Management showed little concern for their guests’ comfort, and I left feeling frustrated, exhausted, and disappointed. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. This is not a ADULTS ONLY like described , to be exact it is HULIGANS ONLY out of control young kids. No one offered to do anything about the situation. I do have videos to share , I do not have pictures because those wouldn’t do any justice to the situation. 5 nights of terror , I couldn’t wait to leave.

The morning breakfast was great. It was close to lots of bus stops + the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the rooms were quite spacious! We had asked for a double bed in our room and they pushed a double and single bed together to create the bed. It kept splitting as we split on it which wasn’t great.

The bathroom wasn’t that clean as we thought it would be

The breakfast was good! The hallway is so loud at night that you can’t sleep. The security is poor, as we had a drunk man trying to open our door and banging on it at 6 am.

The only issue we had was that housekeeping never came to our room for the first 3 days, and even when we asked the front desk directly, we had to ask 4 or 5 separate times over 2 days before someone actually cleaned our room. I think this was just bad luck though, and probably not representative of normal operations here.

The staff were very helpful and expedient. The breakfast was decent, and the music from the pool was always good, if maybe a bit loud. Hotel needs renovation, elevators are too small for the number of people, very few sockets in room, sink was plugged when we arrived, they mixed up our room and needed small interventions to get it right, bed mattress was a bit cheap.

Description says single room with balcony but got 2 single beds in there. Asked hotel if 2nd person could stay in there and they said no although there were 2 sets of towels and balcony was a narrow window that was over the next rooms balcony so you couldn't leave your window open.

The breakfast was amazing with a good array of options. The bedroom doors closed poorly, making it look very easy to break in. Also the floors of reception were in very poor condition. The hotel is rated 4 stars, I would give it 2 stars.

Breakfast was very good, lots of variety, room was small and very noisy, no kettle, no coffee nor tea, one the pools wasn't available for use, great location. The bedroom we got was small, and there was no kettle in the room. Not all the swimming pools were available for use. Also, the hotel looks way smaller than in the photos.

LOCATION Rude Staff and unhelpful, wasn't clean and small lifts.
