We had to ask multiple times for our room to be cleaned and when it was, the towels were not restocked and the bedding was not changed. Our stay was 4 nights and by the last night we felt like we were sleeping in dirty bedding and using dirty towels. The coffee in the lobby is basically just a ‘pump canister’, so you will need to leave not just your room, but the hotel, to get decent coffee to start your day. I would not recommend staying here and will not be back.

small room but clean its ok for business travel
-
Perfectly located close to Harvard Square with convenient parking, this clean hotel offers a quiet respite from the crowds outside.

I had enjoyable stay, would definitely stay there again
-
Good location。 Parking fee is expensive. And on the day before we check out, the cleaning team just open the room with the key, which was very crazy.

Great location

Our family were on a campus tour and stayed at this hotel in July. The hotel staff at front desk are super helpful. The hotel location is super convenient with walking distance to campus and shops. The room is very clean, and suitable for traveller of two.

Perfectly located and very easy to deal with particularly when walking. It’s the perfect spot if you have a child at Harvard.

Great place to stay in Harvard Square. Easy to walk and plenty of eating and shopping near by
-
Great location. Very friendly staff. Tiny room. Tiny bathroom. Bath towels too small to be useful. Uncomfortable beds. Would not recommend it or stay there again. Overpaid for the location but not a high value proposition.

Good 4 star experience

Nice hotel, very convenient
-
Comfortable linens and beds Tv had horrible picture, halls dingy and musty. Overpriced imo

The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of the Cambridge Harvard Square area. The hotel is conventionally clean, and the staff is conventionally polite. But with the exception of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, neither the room not the common areas of the hotel have nothing to offer: no in room coffee makers, empty refriderator, no restaurant, no breakfast, etc.

Room was dirty upon arrival. Room is tiny which is understandable for the excellent location. Coffee available in lobby not in room. No hotel gym. Parking is expensive. Location is perfect.

Parking is $50 total and is very convenient and has in/out privileges. The elevator is quite small and slow but it does its job but we did tend to use the stairways going down since it was faster. The hotel’s greatest asset is its location. Harvard University is one block away. There are tons of restaurants and shopping right downstairs. The trees in the square in front of the hotel twinkles at night with lights. Outside, There is music, dancing and tons of sitting areas to people watch. The hotel room has a small fridge and the bathroom is quite small. My bathroom door opens with less than an inch leeway to the toilet and the toilet paper is literally right next to the toilet with you needing to move sideways to unroll some. The shower’s pressure is quite barely enough. Overall, I would still recommend this place due to its proximity to every thing. 9.5/10 location. 6.6/10 “fancy” rating. It’s a no frills hotel with excellent location if Harvard Square is where you want to be. Walking distance to most buildings of Harvard University. Approximately 8 minutes slow walk to Harvard undergraduate admissions with a optional pit stop at Dunkin Donuts.
