The hotel was wonderful and the staff were very helpful, cheerful and polite. The location was great - close to Harvard and the Allston neighborhood. Loved the entire experience

We had a wonderful stay at The Atlas! For the first time we were sad to leave a hotel! The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were a mix of cozy and luxury. Would 100% recommend and we’ll certainly be back!

My daughter and I were looking for accommodations near Boston University. This hotel fit the criteria and on Expedia the photos showed what I hoped were accurate pictures of the rooms. I was not disappointed by the size of the room and bathroom. Very spacious, clean and the restaurant was convenient to grab a quick bite to eat. We didn’t dine at the hotel for breakfast. They were understaffed and we were in a time crunch.

Everything about our stay was very good, but I would particularly like to highlight the friendliness, professionalism and efficiency of the staff. Everyone we interacted with was extremely kind, helpful and attentive, which made a real difference to our experience. As a small suggestion for improvement, I would consider having a few more staff members during breakfast. The team working there was very friendly and efficient, but they seemed a little understaffed for the number of guests, which meant they were constantly rushing around to keep up with everything. This is certainly not a criticism of the staff — quite the opposite. They were doing an excellent job despite what appeared to be a very demanding workload. Having some additional support during breakfast would, in my view, allow them to work at a more comfortable pace and make an already good experience even better. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, with exceptionally friendly and efficient staff. And the room was very clean.

Great clean hotel with excellent staff
-
The rooms were big especially for the bathroom. The restaurant AMA served delicious meals. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our flight going out of Boston was late in the day, so the staff offered a late checkout (noon) and also offered to keep our bags until it was time for us to go the airport. The hotel is very close to Harvard business school and lots of options to dine in nearby.

This hotel is new and still getting their stuff together. Housekeeping was weak as was front desk and restaurant. Nice and friendly. Strange elevators, strange climate control. Across street from big cafeteria at business school useful to know.
-
A posh and brand new facility, Building was designed from scratch from top down designed as a comfy hotel. Staff was great, facility was spotless clean. Only caveat, to be considered it is not in the middle of the busy city and I don’t think anything is in easy walking distance.
