Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff were very kind and helpful and made the experience incredible. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in Cambridge!

Convenient location with great restaurants and ice cream spots nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and solving any issues promptly.

Room was small very cute. Bed was comfortable. Staff were excellent and very attentive and friendly. Loved the restaurants on sight. Location is perfect for exploring Cambridge. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Friendly and helpful staff. Great old building with modern rooms, just large enough to be comfortable. ice cream stores in either direction, and 2 restaurants on the premises. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Enjoyable stay.

One hiccup: the room I booked was photographed with a desk, and the room I got didn’t have one. Since I was there for work, that was the one thing I actually needed. The front desk fixed it immediately — I ended up in a smaller room than I’d originally picked, which was a bummer, but it was resolved fast. Jared, the front desk manager, was there both mornings and was so friendly. Also, there’s a restaurant attached with a cute outdoor patio. Nice spot for a nightcap, especially with good weather. Would definitely stay again.

Clean enough and comfortable, hotel is cute with a great central location. Had a nice stay while visiting my daughter.

The sheets were not comfortable at all, felt like plastic TBH, we requested pillows and water and were told they were added to our room (midnight check-in) but nothing was there when we arrived. Hallways were dirty and carpet needs to be cleaned or updated. Loud street but that is not the hotel’s problem just beware if you are a light sleeper.

This was an interesting stay to say the very least. Rooms are very tiny, so if you’re traveling with somebody be warned! The rooftop restaurant, which apparently is not related to the hotel, had the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Long story bearable, the restaurant hours of operation listed by the hotel and on Google were either wrong or the host simply did not want to serve me and did not care that I was a hotel guest. Oddly, the front desk lady recommended I go there for dinner. People have bad days so I tried a second night and got denied for service both times. Another funny thing happened with a belligerent young lady outside the hotel yapping on the phone. I was completely convinced that she had been drinking and assumed she was a bar guest. As I walked inside the hotel, she followed me in, covered her phone and welcomed me back to the hotel. She was the front desk staff! She was completely clueless and had zero awareness of workplace etiquette. It was quite comical. You gotta wonder what’s going on at this place because the Management was obviously missing on many levels. But great location.

Nearby patio restaurant with music outside my window until 10 pm was not expected. Had to keep the blinds closed for privacy

This hotel was great! The staff were super nice, and very helpful. The room was beautiful. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the bar/restaurant downstairs can be a bit loud- though they do provide the rooms with great white noise machines- so that helped---oh, and the sensor light that comes on when you walk in the bathroom is really bright if you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Overall, I'd stay there again! Good experience.
