Fairly good location , comfortable beds , staff including housekeeping actually helped . Also they helped changed our trip from 4 nights to 3 nights without much fuss I booked with breakfast but upon checking in at counter I was told we don’t have any breakfast included . So I and my daughter ate out every morning , at checking out time lady told us breakfast was included it’s our fault we did t eat it .

The location was close to Fenway park. Being able to leave your car in the paring garage until 5 pm the folowing day. The lighting in the bathroom was not bright enough and the night light didn’t work.

Breakfast was good. The hotel gave a voucher so breakfast was free. The selection at the breakfast buffet were very good. The weekend rate for parkiing was reasonable for the Boston area. I left 2 shirts in the closet by accident. Housekeeping never reported them to the lost iand found, they just kept them. I called several times and they said nothing was left behind. So they lied and stole my clothing. Management never reached out to me when I reported the issue.

Perfect place, staff, and location of the property. Plenty of places for food nearby, places to hang outdoors if weather permits.

Our mattress was stained with urine and other excrement. The comforter showed brown and yellow staining blotches inside the fabric. Likely body oil and sweat, incomplete laundering/cleaning. Could also include moisture staining and aging. Carpets in all areas hallways and rooms were filthy. The staff initially denied the uncleanly conditions but the visual evidence was undeniable and they offered a different room. These unsanitary conditions pose a risk to health.
