Great location, quiet street but close to Congonhas airport and stores. Room was very spacious and we were surprised by the kitchenette arrangement, having access to a full fridge, microwave and dishes. Very comfortable king size bed! Staff was courteous and very attentive to our needs. We stayed on the second floor facing the front of the building, so we could clearly hear all noise coming from the outside (people/conversations, cars, gate). If back to São Paulo, I would request a room on a higher floor or even facing the back of the building to minimize noise pollution.

All staff are really nice and friendly. They try everything to satisfy your needs and help you resolve all problem. I would say it´s amazing to live there and they help me a lot! Nice breakfast and they serve very well!!

Nice location, nice breakfast, room is clear and quiet, the hotel manager Gabriel and other staff are all kind and always trying to help you. Everything is good.

Staff and breakfast are incredible. The room, as the other places are very clean and confortable. Special star to the owners Gabriel and Jessica, they are so friendly the seems you are home!!!

The staff was exceptional, especially Gustavo. They were very friendly, attentive, cooperative, and gave us awesome nearby rest recs and tour sites. Property was clean, with closed gates, nearby the São Paulo expo, even considering the long distances in this huge city. Room was a studio with kitchen, bathroom, desk, TV, closet and a cute view, just as shown. Our portuguese was minimal but the staff communicated with us very well. Also, I need to highlight that we landed at 12am in São Paulo and got to the hotel at almost 2am - we notified this in advance and they made sure someone was there available to check us in at the time of our arrival. Trust me after a very long flight, you don't want any sort of troubles checking in. Would recommend 10/10. Not particulary with the hotel, as our stay was exceptional. But keep in mind that São Paulo is a big city and commuting distances are 45 minutes at best.

good location,quite and safe. Two block there is a supermarket. Room is clean, with a small kitchen. staffers are really nice and friendly. Also the breakfast tastes good and fresh. Its much more convenient for us, because most apartments do not offer breakfast. will stay there again.

- clean and new rooms - very fast and stable WiFi (145 Mbit down / 82 Mbit upload speed in my room) - a HUGE AMOUNT OF RULES needed to be signed upon check-in, few of which were mentioned on booking.com (in which case one would have been able to read them BEFORE booking and decide whether or not they are fine) - NO VISITORS ALLOWED whatsoever in the rooms, even during daytime and even though this is an apart hotel, e.g. to cook together with friends (I also told the hotel that this is unacceptable if it's not mentioned BEFORE booking) - POOR SOUND INSULATION - one could clearly hear the airplanes and other noise from 6 am onwards - no room service was done, no replacement of towels and only one small shampoo was provided for the full stay - location far outside the city center - unless you need to go to the domestic CGH airport, this is a very INCONVENIENT LOCATION - no private entrance (contrary to what is stated in description) - hairdryer would have been good - rather expensive room rate, considering what you get for the money and in which location

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the room had air conditioning. The shower was also good. Additionally, the rooms were equipped with a fridge, stove, and kitchen utensils. The check-in process was very easy. We communicated with the property through messages, and when we arrived, everything was already taken care of. All we had to do was pick up the keys. The bed was of poor quality as it shook a lot when two people slept on it. Additionally, being on the first floor, there was no sound insulation in the rooms. This meant that we could hear everything, including people arriving in the middle of the night or during early morning breakfast.
