Our room was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the mountains. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the beach and many great restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of great options to start the day. The rooftop was amazing, offering breathtaking views of both the ocean and the mountains. We would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The front desk staff was fantastic! Upper mgmt doesn’t believe inoperative A/C and an no water pressure one morning in a 5 star property is worthy of any guest consideration. Other negative reviews also recognized this is theme.

Clean spacious room friendly staff across road to beach. 2 long flights of stairs to ground level; not for elderly or those w disabilities.

Sea facing rooms have amazing views and great balcony. Beautiful interiors and overall very good service and breakfast. Street in front is quite loud with performing groups all day long, kind of not great to listen to while sitting outside at all hours. Can also hear the noise through the sliding doors… could be worse but ideally you don’t hear anything at all with the doors slid close. Also weird entrance up the driveway ramp in the back.

Tolle Lage, super freundliches Personal. Generators for the air condition are sometimes really loud, elevator is not always working.
