The people, the location, the views, great breakfasts! It would have been nice to know that the property was being renovated. Communication was lacking in this regard.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants but not on the Main Street. The staff were very polite and friendly, breakfast was superb. Rooms were clean and to a very good standard The noise from ongoing construction but that couldn’t be helped. I would still stay there again as I was out of the property from morning Also I got the room next to reception which meant I could always hear guests and staff that were at reception and music from bar area. I think because I was solo. If I was to stay there again I would request one of the rooms upstairs if available. The balcony didn’t feel private as guests would pop their head around the divider onto my part

I had a fabulous stay! The hotel is in such a great location and the staff was truly wonderful! I had a massive room with a wrap around terrace and breathtaking views. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing is the property/rooms are a little old but I understand they are going to through a renovation.

The hotel was under renovations therefore the low rating Fixtures and fittings are old and need replacement

Breakfasts were superb! They had a lovely breakfast buffet but also a made to order breakfast that was excellent! It truly was wonderful and nothing about it disappointed me.

If you are looking for a cozy hotel near one of the busiest and touristy locations in cape town then this is your answer. I was travelling alone, so I was extra cautious about safety, and this hotel was a 5-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. I stayed out till late and came back to the hotel without feeling unsafe. The property is clean; the room I got was huge with bathrobes to coffee machines to what not (for the prize). My room also did have a huge balcony with nice views. The staff was very friendly and was sad that i was in a hurry so couldn't have the breakfast apart from the coffee. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

safety,view,location,the staff was good 5 night of our stay we had to use the stairs because the elevator was not working,we were promised it will be fixed but they never fixed it,secondly you get charged for every single item that you need to wash(laundry),the day we checked in we were told the property is under renovations we will order breakfast from our rooms,then on saturday we will have breakfast at the lobby of which we didn't have a problem with that.saturday morning we went to the lobby for breakfast there was no breakfast and no one updated us on the changes,we had to go back to our room and order,the waiter that delivered our breakfast that day i don't want to say he was under the influence or what,but he was not in a good state to deliver food for the guests,the plates were a mess our food was messed up in such a way that we even asked for our bedding to be changed,he didn't have utentils for us to eat the breakfast we had to call him to bring our utentils ASAP we ended up eating cold breakfast..we were also told that they communicate viA whatsapp if there's anything we need to communicate with them we can hit them up via whatsapp..i once texted them asking for glasses i was ignored i ended up deleting the text.

The view from the room is breathtaking and the breakfast amazing. The room is fitted with a fully stocked fridges for your convenience. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the beach and 7 minutes from an amazing selection of restaurants just down the road. Hop-on hop-off buses of Cape Town tours pass right in front of the hotel and stop just next to the restaurants. The hotel is within 15 minutes of some of Cape Town's amazing attractions, the Waterfront, Seapoint, the CBD which has countless selection of restaurants, clubs, and eateries and others. You can't go wrong! Nothing.

Brakfast was great, Great location and view close to beach and theater. No Problem.

Location Room is tired, needs new linen and towels. Also needs to be cleaned, windows dirty.

Everything was perfect. My best choice since when I use this app. Perfect under all points of view. Nothing. All was magnificent.

Staff was friendly and tried to attend to all our requests. I was moved to a much less desirable room 2nd night and upon complaining, was moved back to a comfortable one. Staff could have managed that situation better
