I was additionally charged for a remote control for the AC. The place has bad sound proofing, you can hear literally anything from the hallway.

They charged us more at the reception than the price when we did the reservation saying the booking did not came through the system and it. An charged and extra 4% for paying with card. Hotel was ok... Not worth the price tho

Really nothing. Maybe hot water (for a while). Property claims their official currency in USD and then they charge you in pesos the amount which doesnt fit the booking recalculation (the exchange rate is significantly worse) so they are basically on purpose ripping off the clients. Place looks like a cheap motel. I do not think for 1000 pesos it should be like this. The location of the hotel I would call "a ghetto". Paper walls, very loud, filthy floor in the room, the sheets are horrible, was like covering ourselves with newspaper. The whole patio is absolutely open area and we were told we cannot smoke there electronic cigarette and we were sent to the street. But that other people and their kids were screaming there after midnight was absolutely ok. It was only to spend a night before heading elsewhere but even for this purpose I would never choose this place again.

Nothing Extra charge than what was agreed on on booking.com.total was charged before we could even see the unit and they refused to do a refund or even charge us for 1 day.Manager did not cooperate or listen to our demand.
