Outdated amenities, minimum cleaning, stained bed sheets, upon arrival the reception attempted to collect $80 more than the Booking quote

I loved how much space the apartment had — a big bedroom and a living room with kitchen. The pool was just a few feet away from the room with a great view of the sea The floors could have been a bit cleaner

Clasic and confortable Just the water

the location was excellent. We got a room with a bad AC and the front desk person changed our room right away. The view was outstanding from the balcony. We were in a two bedroom suite. one of the bedrooms smelled like sewage. It was very unpleasant but we only stayed one night.

We had to ask for towels other amenities, but they were quick to provide after asking.

I liked that it was away from Zona Hotelera. Better description of distance from airport (CUN)

Old facility

The vanilla breakfast milkshake is to die for. The facilities are warm and welcoming and hand painted and just yummy. The beach view is stunning. The pool is not heated but is really quite a good just below warm temperature. The people at the front desk are lovely and really go and above and beyond. So worth the money. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly and was pleasantly surprised. From all the hotels I've stayed at over the years, this was actually my favorite. There was a slight smell by the kitchen area of mustiness but it didn't bother me. I had the patio doors open most of the time and it was really only an issue when it was closed.

This is my second visit with Casa Caribe and I have no problems with this place.. PERFECT - I will stay again

Very dated and dingy.

It was old Mexican charm.the views are beauitful.i will definitely be back here next month and only drawback was that there is no bus line and everywhere you need to go. You need to take a taxi otherwise I am in love with this place. Water views the pool the staff is wonderful. It is just simply a very beautiful old Mexican.

It was lovely having a little private beach (shared only with a couple of other renters). It was a very chilled and relaxing place to hang out. The host, Alex, was incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Beds are not comfortable, there were little ants in the bathroom

The only thing good about this property , was the proximity to the ferry , to go to Isla Meujares ! From the start the pictures were better than the property, no one spoke any English. I wanted to credit used and he used only one , which made me overdraft at home. I was suppose to have a kitchen and didn’t . In front room not one light worked, light bulbs hanging from sockets, water dripping in shower, cracks in bathroom sink. Not really cleaned to my standard! The pool and wood bed frame had mold growing on it. Communication was good before I got there and then after no communication. This is how they work in Mexico! I’m so dissatisfied with this site, I’m not using anymore. They don’t check establishments out and take for granted the pictures!!

This place is awesome. The apartment was clean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and a patio with a view of the sea. The beds and pillows were great. The restaurant had two very talented young professionals making delicious food and coffee for breakfast. All of the staff members were super nice, pleasant people. You absolutely can swim in the sea on a small but very nice, sandy beach right down an easy set of stairs. 7 11, OXXO and good restaurants are steps away. I don't mind if the buildings are a little older. The value is high here. I liked everything.

First of all the website states airport transfers were provided and we found out they were not included. We spent $100 to take a taxi. The room wasn’t bad but they were bare. No towels, no kitchen silverware/bowls etc. A continental breakfast was included but the person didn’t show up. Staff offered no explanation and didn’t really seem to care. We ended up spending $20 for breakfast elsewhere. With a little effort this place could be beautiful.
