Near airport and near port to travel to Isla Mujeres The 50% of the staff was helpful and other half was not. I AC was hot and the Mini Fridge was not cooling all drinks were Luke warm, the shower was flooding making it difficult to shower. I asked to change room and was told I was going to get charged between 1400.00 -2400.00 dollars due to availability. Then another staff member got upset because we cancelled not wanting to hear about their time shares. Our rental car ended up dirty from the front floor seats like they took it for a joy ride.

The resort was so upkept and clean. The food was absolutely amazing. We had the himitsu 3 times it was so delicious. I can’t say enough good about this resort.

The building and rooms are architecturally beautiful. The food and drinks were excellent, high quality and unique. The desserts were amazing, and the BBQ evening was awesome. Overall, the food was a very pleasant surprise and exceeded expectations. The hotel is also very clean, and the rooms are very comfortable with amazing views. The food and beverage staff across the restaurants, bars, and pool area were often unfriendly and very slow. Due to the building’s design, the kids’ splash area is located in a wind tunnel, making it almost unusable at times, as it is often windy and cold. The water in the pools and splash area could also be a bit warmer. In addition, the extra cost for spa access was a drawback, and the sales staff promoting vacation packages were somewhat persistent and distracting from the overall experience.

Clean, rooms service was excellent ( clean and organized ) bar service was excellent, pool service was amazing.. my service was provided by David and Kendor very satisfied with them. Wedding overall was excellent. Very much enjoyed. Will continue to come. Entertainments was very poor

I loved the facility - it looks really good and fancy, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Also, we arrived around 11 a.m., and since check-in was at 3 p.m., we were initially told to wait. It wasn’t a big issue, but as I have a disability (MS), I can’t be overheated and needed to rest. I shared my concern with the front desk, and they did their best to accommodate me and found a room as soon as possible, which I truly appreciated. They also made a wonderful exception for us - since we were celebrating our anniversary, they helped us book a table at the steakhouse, which is normally reserved for Preferred Club members. That thoughtful gesture really made our stay special. And it was so fun to see Manuel every morning - he was always full of joy, cheerfully inviting us to try a massage at the spa ? He’s truly unique and brought such positive energy every day! What I didn’t like was that I wasn’t aware of the differences in treatment between Preferred Club members and regular guests. It felt uncomfortable when we were told, “You’re not Preferred, so you can’t enter this restaurant.” It honestly made us feel excluded. I think the hotel should make this clearer when booking - perhaps by adding a note or sign indicating which areas or restaurants are for Preferred members only. That would help guests understand these restrictions in advance.

Liked the beautiful design and preferred club amenities, well worth it. Staff was great all around, very helpful. Stairs by the level 1 pool could be dangerous if it was night. All same color they could use some markings. Really everything else was great.

Attentive staff and helpful. Staff went out of their way to make stay enjoyable. Nice food selection and drinks always available.
