Staff was very helpful and absolutely amazing. The layout of the resort was fantastic. Room was comfortable and very clean. Service during my stay was outstanding. Pool and beach staff were very helpful. Restaurants were great. Never wanted for anything. One of the best vacations I have ever experienced. Everything was perfect. No issues, Outstanding service.

Restaurant staff were the most friendly and helpful. I didnt like that nothing was like the pictures. Customer service very poor and not helpful. They overcrowding of timeshare folks trying to get you to buy something. Also we travel alot. Didn't feel like we was on Mexico.

Food options

I didn’t have a good experience during check-in process. They send us to a place named as VIP, The representative was busy with another customer and we waited about 20 minutes and she didn’t finish with the first one and even didn’t say anything that how long does it take! I went to normal check in counter and they also didn’t care, I was in queue and one of them was free and didn’t call me and suddenly ask for someone that just arrived. When I complained he apologized the other person and asked me do you want to check in?!!!! I said no I wait in the queue for fun! He didn’t even said apologize! And gave me the worst room regarding my reservation was diamond king room. I had to come back next day and ask for change my room to Diamond king with higher manager. They don’t have currency exchange in the hotel as well

The hot water in the shower wasn’t always hot.

Very old and the service was poor. Elevators didn’t work Old building Bad service Slow timing at dinner, very hard to make reservations

only thing i didn’t like was that you have to be doing reservations for the restaurants, except for the Frida restaurant, as it was buffet

Beach area was clean and spacious, the lobby and common areas were nice. The bedrooms and suite floors were gross, the smell of mold and mildew was unbearable on the 10th floor. Hallways were dark and damp.

The staffs are so amazing, the foods are excellent with a great views. It's all beyond my expectations. I already shared and recommend to my friends. The only thing that I don't like is the promo, they promise us to hear just 30 mins but it takes 2hours that ruins our half day plans for that day and will stress you too.

Feel like the under performed compared to the other hard rocks. Hotel is under maintenance which is great. Definitely need a big upgrade. The steak options were great, but did have lots of fat. Some dishes were extremely salty.

Clean and neat Staff are so accommodating. Entertainment was excellent. Beach was beautiful and clean and had enough sun beds available. All good, but if I could request one thing it would be for more vegan options.

The vibe here was amazing! We had the best time! The property was beautiful and fun. The food was the best I've had at an all inclusive. The staff is great, they really made us feel spoiled. We will ? be back. I do wish this was adults only. However kids were minimal. We didn't like that kids were allowed at the swim up bar.

Location Seems kind of old some parts of the hotel like restaurants

The room is very good and the hotel has a lot of amenities to be fun. The beach is not the best in Cancun, there is a lot of waves. Specifically on the Toro Restaurant, we had had bad experiences with the waiter.

Is a little outdated it needs some remodeling. It would also be nice if they let you reserve at the restaurants. we waited almost 2 hours to be sitted.

The facilities are nice, and so is the pool area. It’s smaller compared to the one in Punta Cana. The rooms are comfortable and have good air conditioning. Friendly staff and good food. I didn’t like that the air conditioning seemed to be just for show, both in the common areas like the lobby, the shop, etc., and in the restaurants. Cancun is extremely hot, and it feels like they’re trying to save money by limiting the air conditioning. It’s uncomfortable to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner in that kind of environment. I also didn’t like that the different bars didn’t stock the same liquor. The whiskey I was drinking at one bar would run out, and I’d have to go to another bar to find it — and vice versa. It was inconvenient and felt disorganized.

I stayed one night at Hard Rock Hotel Cancun and it was so much fun!! Our room had this amazing ocean view. The music around the hotel was nonstop and gave the whole place such a fun, energetic vibe. The staff were super nice, and there was always something going on, from cool drinks to fun by the pool. Even though it was just one night, it felt like a mini vacation packed with good vibes and pretty views. Totally recommend if you wanna have a good time and feel like a rockstar. Honestly, I just wish I could’ve stayed longer, one night wasn’t enough. I definitely want to come back for a full weekend next time.
