I liked the location and the beach, the hotel was nice and plenty to do. Staff was helpful when I had questions and most was easy to navigate on our own. I booked a Preferred Club Deluxe Ocean View King room, it was not an ocean view it was partial ocean on the side out the very loud neighboring hotel. The preferred lounge was very small and always full of people so it made the experience not good. The preferred pool area was small and not worth the money at all, the main pools were much better. I spent extra just to be let down and disappointed.

Beautiful ? property. Beachfront location was great! Great entertainment. Food was the most bland food I have ever eaten. Definitely not what I expected from an All-Inclusive Resort. Not worth what I paid at all. I would not recommend it to anyone, simply based on the food. Do better. A little seasoning goes a long way. Everyone doesn’t have dead tastebuds.

The service was definitely not 4.6 star rating
-
Preferred club too little and with little options.really not enough for preferred club.
-
The property was comfortable and clean. The cleanliness and service were outstanding, especially from Manuel at the Market Café. The preferred club proved to be worthwhile. Be cautious with any offer from VIP Services. It may include a 90-minute sales pitch to join Hyatt’s Unlimited Vacation Club. $$$$$ ?

The location, food, and the staff were all great! Everything was kept clean all throughout our stay. The alcohol is extremely watered down. The room we stayed in had some sort of glitch with the lights and TV. The lights would randomly turn off and the TV would turn on all throughout the night. Also the room service food menu is very limited.

Clean, great atmosphere

During checkin with the staff trying to upsell us a room that would have required us to move in the middle of our stay. Also I appreciate strict dress code for a couple of the restaurants but dress shorts and button shirt should be allowed, its Cancun

Staff was friendly, food was delicious, many activities and tours available. Golf near by. Spa was amazing. Best trip ever
-
Noise carried more than expected, the beach had heavy seaweed during our stay, and some drinks and food were lighter/less warm than expected. Also could use more convenient outlets in the room.
-
Didn’t care for the pool set up, seemed a bit too communal and confined but it was still beautiful.
-
Bad service, because focused on selling stuff more than on customers needs. Pool was packed. I tried octopus and it tasted really weird. Breakfast buffet only inside. Outdoor breakfast looked very sad. Hard to find chair by the pool.

The staff was very friendly, always willing to go beyond to ensure we were happy. The food was excellent and the hotel is really beautiful!

Room was a bit worn and lacked basics like outlets next to bed and at 2nd vanity. Lack of entertainment.

Amazing customer service and food taste and presentation was great.

This resort was wonderful! It had great ambience, vibes, was very clean and felt very safe! it was such a quick ride from the hotel, the food was great, the service was exceptional, and the staff were some of the kindest, most friendly people. We had a wonderful time also loved that it was adult only and felt totally void of a college spring break feel even though we were there during that time. The ocean was beautiful and the pools were great. They create a great atmosphere and make you feel like their life purpose is to make you have a great time! It’s a high-rise hotel that is more vertically facing the ocean, so the room views are not directly oceanfront and the balconies visible to each other, though you can definitely see the ocean and the lagoon, but also the pools from most of the rooms. This was not a huge deal, but just something to be aware of only beds were very comfortable in the rooms were great and very spacious!

Big all-inclusive hotel on the southern/vertical aspect of the Hotel Zone. Large comfortable room with expected amenities. Every single staff member we interacted with was wonderful: kind, helpful and supportive of us practicing our Spanish with them! Beach with chairs for guests and some umbrellas. Although people tend to towel mark chairs at the beach and pool we claimed some that seem abandoned, confirmed with neighbors and never had issues. Beach is beautiful and just out the door. Three large pools. Overall food experience was very good! Ample breakfast buffet, various casual take-away and sit-down lunch options and 6 restaurants for dinner. We only tried three but enjoyed all of them. Don't be surprised if there is a bit a wait (30-60 min) for dinner even for a table for 2, small inconvenience for good food and good service. The hotel is on the side of the hotel zone with bigger waves so expect more fun in the surf conditions rather than ocean swimming or lounging.

The room was very inside. Beach was amazing. Breakfast in the buffet was extremely good. Continental dinner and service was impeccable. While the room was nice inside, it was on the north side of the property (even numbered rooms) and there are a large number of very large ground mounted HVAC units. the fans were very loud and the balcony was therefore not comfortable for relaxing. Hallways very noisy. Staff was generally slow and lacked training. This was on the food server side and the culinary as well. There were food handling issues, and general miss on several dinners including Italian and the lunch buffet. Basic cross contamination procedures were not being followed. Food is a big miss for a resort charging what they charge. You cannot charge 5 star and deliver 3.5 star food.

We were on the 14th floor - at the side of Olio. At 7am sharp, music starts…and it wakes you up…not fun
