The chairs on the balcony and the pool lounge chairs were not very comfortable. The TV didn’t work much of the time. It all felt a bit soul less

The property overall is outstanding. Very clean, well maintained, luxurious rooms and common areas, and a well groomed private beach and amenities. What sets Kempinski apart is the excellent staff—welcoming and accommodating in every way. Finally, hotel security was discrete but certainly apparent…our entire group of 16 felt safe and well cared for. Five Star accommodations by every measure. N/A

Gym, sauna, steam room, hotel design, courtyard on 4th floor, in room dining with customizable options, beachfront, tennis/pickleball courts, great beach beds, good breakfast there were two weddings in the weekend with loud music

The staff were wonderful and accommodating. The rooms were lovely, immaculate, bed was comfortable. The pools were great. Breakfast buffet was varied and good. The long corridors to our rooms, but that could not be helped in such a large hotel. We got our exercise!

The hotel is within the hotel zone, it means a sequence of hotels. In order to get into points of interest we had to take our car.

We enjoyed the staff, they all went above and beyond! The grounds are beautiful, the pool is very nice and the food is so good! The gym is great too!! A very relaxing stay with classy people! The lack of English channels in the rooms. The price of the food was kind of expensive especially the buffet at breakfast.

Everything was perfect! The only thing I'd say was that we let them know we were vegan and they gave us a cake for my husband's birthday but it had dairy in it. But otherwise everything was perfect!

The room was beautiful. The balcony overlooking the water was perfect The sound of the waves was the perfect lullaby. The bed was very comfortable. Sandy beach with beach service. Thought the restaurant prices were high and the food was ok. The service in the restaurants was very good

The only thing I liked about the hotel was that it was empty, maybe about 10-15% occupancy, and that’s because nothing is included, everything is very old, there’s almost no beach and it’s really dirty, the pool is dirty as well, so no one wants to book it. If you want to stay in an empty hotel, then it’s perfect The hotel was very clean, but the pool was very dirty and everything felt old. The beach was also filthy – you could even see how dirty it was from the photos, but I still booked it, hoping it wouldn’t be that bad. Unfortunately, it was exactly as bad as it looked. I paid $600 per night and nothing was included. The service was poor, and although the staff might have been polite, the overall experience was terrible. It was a horrifying experience for that amount of money. I’m extremely disappointed and I would never recommend staying there
